First job was our doorbell which Arnett of Rtechwork did a thorough job investigating then laid out some options before going ahead with installing our SimpliSafe system.

That same day he had time to also mount a television for us and went above and beyond to drill a few holes and use a cord cover so the extension cord wasn't just dangling but elegantly hidden on our fireplace mantle and nearby bookshelves.

Trusted in Arnett to come back a few months later and of course he did great work mounting three more televisions in the game room of my dreams by taking my ideals into consideration and making intelligent adjustments. At first, I was like oh no that is like an inch too high but then I sat down and realized he'd mounted them perfectly so on the couch reclined a bit was just right. Before they were mounted you had to crane your neck a bit if reclined but now you can watch any of the televisions comfortably from anywhere.

I highly recommend this company. They were professional from the initial phone call. Did They came out for a visit the same day I called to review and price the job for mounting three TVs with electrical outlets behind the tvs to hide wires. The price was reasonable. So we moved forward. Arnett was prompt and on time. He came with all the tools required for the job and even brought a vacuum to clean up any minor debris that resulted from the job. Arnett took his time with each and every tv and plug install. He even installed some additional plugs that he encountered while working due to their apparent disrepair. He even troubleshooted some hiccups we ran into due to stud placement in our home. All in all we are very pleased with the work product. Do not hesitate. Hire Rtechwork now. This company is absolutely the best. Arnett the installer was brilliant. Very detailed oriented and made sure my entire family was comfortable with the installation of each TV. He was extremely detail oriented and was a very nice person and knowledge. He did not try to hard sell any unnecessary items. I consider him a trusted advisor and actually a partner in making sure his customer was satisfied. 10 plus marks for him. Nicole who answers all the calls and I am assume runs the office is also fantastic. When you call she is always cheerful and very polite and very attentive to your needs. Anothet 10 plus rating.
