As a fan of fall flavors, I recently tried TATE’S Bake Shop Pumpkin Spice Cookies, and they certainly didn't disappoint! These cookies perfectly capture the essence of autumn, with their rich, spiced flavor profile that combines just the right amount of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Each bite is like a warm hug, evoking memories of cozy evenings and festive gatherings. The texture is another highlight. TATE’S is known for their crispy, thin cookies, and these pumpkin spice delights maintain that signature crunch while still being soft enough to enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea. They are not overly sweet, which allows the natural pumpkin flavor and spices to shine through, making them an ideal treat for those who appreciate a balanced taste. Additionally, the packaging is inviting and perfect for gifting or sharing with friends and family during the holiday season. Overall, TATE’S Bake Shop Pumpkin Spice Cookies are a must-try for anyone looking to indulge in a tasty seasonal treat. I highly recommend picking up a box to savor the flavors of fall!

This is a bigger store than their previous location on Mack, so they have way more items now, and more isle space. Layout is nice (they've replaced the old Barnes And Noble that used to be there). Nice little produce section (though a little pricey), great frozen foods section, nice salad bar, and a sandwich bar if you get hungry while shopping there. They even have a great little eating area, where they often convert to presentations and workshops also. They accept the EBT Bridgecard if you have one, and offer weekly coupons to knock down some of those pricey items. Only issues are the high prices (but that's what the coupons are for), and the customer service could be warmer. They are not mean, but no so warm and friendly either.

I bought snacking cheese from this store on Sunday June 27, I gave my kids some for a snack and we noticed how nasty it was. I looked at the expiration date and it expired in May 2021! Truly disappointed. Not to mention one of the store employees kept following my 15 year old daughter around the store as if she was stealing. She repeatedly singled out my daughter asking her if she needed help when my daughter already told her she did not. I’m never going to this location again.

It was my first time coming to this store and shopping at BetterHealth and what I thought would be a great experience was VERY HORRIBLE . As soon as I walked in I was not greeted but stared at by the associate Crystal who had her badge flipped as I walked passed. I was passed by 5-6 more employees who did not speak at all to me . I was making eye contact on purpose and still nobody said anything . The one employee Crystal was in aisles with me and spoke to other customers in those same aisles but looked at me in the eyes and then walked away . I found that to be the craziest thing in my life . She did that about 7-8 more times . She was a front store worker helping everybody else that walked in but me . It almost seemed like she was following me around the store they way I kept seeing her but she never said a word to me . The store wasn’t crowded at all to get that kind of treatment . I had to ask the cashier Rakia , to help me get the things I needed . She was very pleasant and was the only one I had a whole conversation with this morning . I was so bothered by it that I waited to call back to talk to the manager . I told him about his employees and he said his team isn’t like that . SO WHAT WAS THIS MORNING THEN ???? The manager Joe told me it must’ve been a ā€œmisunderstandingā€ that Crystal walked by me and didn’t speak multiple times but stared at me . HOW IS THAT A MISUNDERSTANDING BEING IGNORED CONSISTENTLY ??? He was very dismissive of everything that I said and seemed like he didn’t believe a word I was saying which made everything even worse . He also kept asking what can he do to make things better but never offered a solution until I said you didn’t offer anything to make it better , he gone say well do you want a coupon to shop in store ….. why would I go back to the same store I had a bad experience at . I will never shop here again and I hope you don’t either . Bad customer service . Bad employees , save your money and spend it elsewhere . I got better service at a Walmart self checkout lane than I got here in the 40 minutes...

I really wanted to NOT put any stars at all. Lakisha is in the WRONG profession because customer service is not her area. She unfortunately was my cashier @ checkout. She did not greet me, she asked for my name, instead I gave her my phone number and mid way through she RUDELY said ā€œI can’t hear youā€, due to my mask. While facing the bagging area she said in a low voice I need to see your ID. I was purchasing the Margarita wine. I took my ID out, she looked @ it and did not even say thank you. When she was done taking care of me she didn’t even say thank you or have a nice day or anything and just walked off. Mind you a co-worker had come over to finish the bagging and did engage conversation with my wife about the Margarita wine. I had to commend her and let her know we appreciated her polite and professional customer service. Also while shopping not one employee offered to assist us, BUT offered their services to others who were in the same aisle as we were. They treated us as if we were invisible. I work in customer service for USPS and know first hand how the customer should be treated. This was my first time at this location and will be my last. Customer service is not a job where you pick and choose whom you want to ā€œpolitelyā€ service or engage with. Such treatment should be with ALL customers regardless of your personal preference or feelings. If this is not the job you’re not comfortable in then you should seek other employment opportunities where you can work alone and not service customers. Treat customers the way you would like to be treated LAKISHA & her fellow co-workers, you already know who you are. Be honest...

This really is an awful store. The old location was amazing, it was small but so well managed that it had more items (like items you go to a health food store for, not just chips and deli stuff). It carried a wide variety of brands and full lines of the brands and unique items. And it was so well managed that they were never out of anything! If they didn’t have something you needed, they would special order it for you. The employees and managers were all so genuinely nice and helpful, and knowledgeable! They were clearly people who themselves personally were into healthy diet and very educated on the products they sold. The produce was always so fresh, too. This location is the opposite. It’s out of things constantly, the produce is a joke in regards to freshness and availability, and they store their extra virgin olive oil right on the very top of the shelf right under a fluorescent light beaming down on it all day which is NOT good for the oil. And while there are some extremely nice people who work here who are very good at their jobs, I have never seen or experienced such rudeness from employees from one single store. Not just me but family. It’s bad. And the employees don’t seem to get in trouble for it, they’ve even had excuses made for them. It’s such a ridiculous place. The old location was not just a better store, it was a DIFFERENT store and I miss...
