I have nothing against authorized retailers. Independent business owners should have a piece of the pie too. But this one, by far employs the most unqualified and highly dysfunctional/retarded staff known to man. If 0 stars allowed, I would.
Staff pushes one and ONLY one plan. AT&T Next; its like their oxygen supply depends on it. The 2 yr plan is nonexistent. Don't even bring it up, cause you wont even be approved for it, even if your credit score is excellent and through the roof. I only had the intention of signing up for 2yr plan, but 'miraculously' (insert sarcasm) I get rejected for the 2yr plan, but that's ok, cause I got approved for the NEXT. Apparently it's harder to be approved for the NEXT, ya ok.
I'd rather they be upfront and honest from the beginning and tell me that they get a better kickback from selling the NEXT. At least that's a pill that I can swallow.
This place preys on the weak and misinformed. Do yourself a favor and research exactly what plan fits for you and then head straight into an ACTUAL AT&T store in Rowland Heights. I got 2 iPhone 6, signed/paid for in less than an hour. No hassle, no stupid NEXT

I was immediately served when walking into the store, the salesperson Kenny was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained all my options in great details, and went out of his way to locate a new phone with my preferred color promptly. After the new phone arrived, he spent a lot of time help transferring all data from my old phone and gave me a tutorial on using the new iPhone.
