This place is unclear about price at all. When I went there, there was no menu at all. I was asking about arcane master service, front desk said I should try it it was really good, and I was eligible for promotion this time. Staff has good skill but I was also got pushed to buy a mask for $20. When I ask staff about the price on arcane master, she said she can't talk about the price. I was like with? You just convinced me to buy a $20 mask lol Okay fine, whatever, I was thinking it should be around $200, but I was wrong. When I got the the front desk, I felt I was pushed to make another 2 services, each of them is &399, with discounted $100 off each made the total come to $800. I asked that I saw a coupon for $600 3 times, but she said that's for different potion on my face even though the name of the services are the same. I was confused even till now. Two services either the same name but the prices are different? Ok fine, I have not seen any price anywhere on any paper for the entire process. Then she said one time Arcane Master is $400, I was like WTH again..... after a long discussion about purchase the package I decided to just pay for once because I was disappointed since I was their customer before, but, at that time, I just want to leave. By the why, I just want to use the last hydraulic I have purchased before since I have not used it up since 2018, which I was pushed to make a 17 times hydraulic service lol However, they said I used it up back in early 2020. lol I was pretty sure that I still have one time left, but whatever, I'm so tired with front desk at this place everyone I went. It's time to say goodbye and I will never be back...

Purchased a Groupon facial and microneedle. They were easy to book appointment with. I was greeted warmly upon arrival. Staff was genuinely caring and supportive thruput my afternoon there. Salon was larger than I expected (its in a business mall and looks small from the front door). So many treatment rooms. They provide robes and nice soft blankets to keep you comfortable. There was no upsell on any of the services I received and I was appreciative of that. I did decide to get my lips filled while I was there but that was some thing I had been considering doing for several months prior. I’m very happy that I got it done there because the nurse practitioner did such an amazing job and she took a lot of care and time to make sure I was numb and to alleviate any pain or stress from the procedure. I love having my facial and medical spa treatment. The environment in facility is luxurious feeling welcome clients with herbal tea, cookies, and hot coffee . Calming , soothing music and beautiful chandelier lighting . Mina greets me and she is a wonderful person . 🤩🥰 Mina always makes me feel as her VIP clients with great customer services and offers me amazing packages for good prices that will benefit and make me look beautiful for my acting roles . Libby, Angel, and Erica are great Aestician and will take time to focus on areas that is needed and they are friendly and engaged in nice conversation to their clients and make them feel comfortable and not in pain . I highly recommend Deluxe Medical Spa on Grand Blvd, Diamond Bar location for all your medical needs , face lift, spa , collagen treatments, fat reduction.
