I ordered an iced matcha latte for my daughter over the phone, told them to hold the ice since she wouldn't be drinking it until much later. I said it was fine to leave room for ice so that we wouldn't be messing with the flavor or the recipe.

The order was simple: iced matcha latte with oat milk, half sweetened with honey. I asked if it were possible to get the honey in a small container on the side because my daughter doesn't like anything super sweet and was told it couldn't be done. "Okay, that's fine, as long as it's half sweet."

When I picked it up, I confirmed in person that it was oat milk and HALF sweet. The person quickly said, "Yeah, yeah, yeah," to all of it as he rang me up.

When I gave it to my daughter later, she filled it up with ice and tried it. She said it was not half sweet at all and that it wasn't even written on the cup's instructions. This place is a gem, their coffee selection is amazing, I frequent this place at least 3 times a week now and every time is great! I saw below that someone named Jenn Gowdy made a comment about this place, which is kinda of frustrating because none of that is true, they are a small business owned and their operating hour is up to the owners, there are many options around the area if they are early birds, I also wanna say that I myself I have diet restrictions but never blamed any business for my own diet restrictions, last they do have milk alternatives and are FREE OF CHARGE, it’s sad to see this people just don’t know how a 1 star can affect their rating, we should be supporting...

This place is a little hidden gem in the plaza.

Really comfortable cafe vibes, ideal for studying or working. About half the tables were already occupied by other people on their laptops or reading (no one was chatting loudly).

I had the Salted Vanilla Brown Sugar Cold Brew, which was fantastic. Smooth and not overly sweet, so the aroma and slight natural bitterness of the coffee still came through. They even had their own coffee beans for sale.

The tempting pastries and cakes in the case had some tasty-sounding flavors too. Was def eying that Black sesame chiffon cake.
