Best Nails — Local services in Diamond Bar

I like the people that worked here they do a good job and they work hard. I think they're highly recommended. My problem is there was a ex-cop that was a customer and was being a smart aleck bully in the room and I muttered my disgust of her and her profession and their godlike complex. I would have had a good experience here getting a mani-pedi if it wasn't for this disgusting peace of refuse that other people might mistake for a human being. X female cop had her appendage trying to reach across the room with her bullying. If that customer was to ever walk in again then this would be the most ideal place with good rates prices. But that disgusting customer ruined it for me. I pray that karma will fly up her nose on her departure....

The only reason I’m giving a two star instead of a one is because the lady doing my toenails was the sweetest and did a great job. She made sure I liked what I was getting.

Unfortunately, my French fingernails are not as nice. Very uneven overall. I told “Mimi” to fix it several times and it’s still not fixed. It was really troubling to me that the owner made multiple negative and racially biased comments about the Indian culture and customs to me. He wasn’t even working with me but was talking to me across the room making unnecessary comments and assumptions because of the way I look. Not okay, never okay.

Usually I go elsewhere and thought I’d try this place because it’s closer to where I live…. Bad mistake. Oh well. Will not...

Great customer service! I love their no-sales attitude. Most places always try to get me to purchase more expensive services but this place doesn't. They recommend but do not push for it.

They also did an awesome job with my mani-pedi! I got the French nail with gel and they look perfect, even with my nails growing out. I really recommend Best Nails to anyone who needs or wants...
