I'm a pretty observant person, but I'm also pretty understanding. #1 - time management needs to improve. I know they are short staff sometimes, and I know they're also training people in, but goodness gracious, you're sometimes waiting for 30mins or longer and there's only 2 people in the lobby and 1-2 people in the drive thru with 4-5 people working. #2 - cleanliness needs to be re-trained. Specifically when to chnage gloves. I've witnessed multiple times someone have visible dirty gloves (food on their gloves) and they go from making food, to fixing drinks and giving out cups, and back to making food. Ive seen someone handle food, go to handle a customer at the window, then go back to making food. Ive seen someone making food, bring someone theor order, go back on the line, pull their pants up and proceed to make someone's food. And stop and pull their pants up every so often. To some people it may not be a big deal, but I'm a nurse. That's like me changing someone brief, and it has poop in it, but instead of me changing my gloves afterwards, I proceed to continue with care getting poop and pee on the blankets and all over the room, and come back and give them their meds with the same gloves. Like come on dude. My ex worked here in 2020 and after he started here, he use to refuse to let us eat here because he said it was filthy, until one of the managers made them all stay late and deep clean. Was trying to give this place a chnage and be understanding #3 - don't think it's professional for employees to argue in front of customers. Probably not professional for an employee to catch an attitude because he was the one that messed the order up and has to fix it. I get it's busy and you're trying to get food out, but sometimes it helps to stop and double check. Also there one guy who just throws your food on the counter. And also have the time, when you get your tacos they're all cracked and falling apart. Or the contents of the burritos are not proportioned. Alot of times they're overpowered by beans #4 - communication between employees need...
Read moreWe pulled into the drive through around 130pm to place a small order. The screen to verify our order was not working; when he read our order back, 3 out of 4 items was wrong. I started to correct the order, but he still didn't understand. I have him the benefit of the doubt, and just thought something must have been wrong with the speaker, and I went inside. Boy, was I wrong.
We went in and ordered, and the cashier was very nice. She read our items back, and got all of the items correct. We paid, and sat down to wait.
After 15 minutes, we went back to the counter. There were no cars in the drive through, and one person standing at the counter. I asked him if the bag in front of him was his order (in case it was mine and they had forgotten to call our name). He said, well, it's part of my order. He had items missing. Then another man came up to the counter, it was the man who ordered before us. He hadn't gotten his order either. And the cashier was nowhere to be found. She was out sweeping the parking lot for some reason.
At this point, pat of the guy's order before us was brought out (not complete as we soon found out...). I asked if it would be much longer for mine. I told her my order number. She said she would be able to get started on it now. Twenty minutes after we ordered! Then, for some reason, she gave me a bean burrito. (I think she thought we were just waiting for that, when we actually hadn't received any food at all...)
At this point two more employees came out and started making food. The other cook left right when she told me she was going to start making our food. The cashier came by, gave us free soda, and apologized. She was very nice. But waiting over half an hour for food which was sloppily made and had to be reassembled by us in order to be eaten is...
Read moreThe entire experience was nothing short of disgusting. To begin, we all had to use the restrooms. The woman's was okay, but could have been better. My husband, and our 5 & 6 year old had to use the women's restroom as well because the men's restroom was overflowed with feces. We should have left at that point, but after being on the road for over 9 hours, and having kids that woke up hungry, we decided to stay and grab a bite to eat....
The restaurant was not busy at all, but for some reason, the dining area was filthy and their trash cans we're full. The floors had not been swept, as there was trash underneath many of the tables and throughout the dining room. Counters didn't look wiped down, sauce areas needed to be stocked... Just everything - Gross.
The food... Not sure if it tasted okay because it was actually okay, or if we were all just starving. I'd venture to say the latter, but who knows.
Before we left, I told a staff member that the men's restroom had an overflowed toilet so that perhaps if they didn't know before, they would know now and could remedy it quickly.. I was met with "Ok thanks" as he kindly blew me off.
I will never stop there again, nor would I recommend anyone else stopping at this...
