Buyer beware! They do not honor return policies.
If you have a return they will only give you a partial refund, which is half the cost of the product. I’m not talking, I opened the product and returned it, I’m talking, it was still wrapped in the plastic and I had the original receipt.
I talked to Ingrid, who presented herself as the manager and she lied and said, the product was actually on sale and that’s why I was getting the partial refund.
Talked to the actual manager, Michelle, and she gave me 3 contradictory answers why I don’t deserve my refund.
Clearly, Ingrid and Michelle aren’t knowledgeable enough about Michael’s return policies and are robbing people of their money. Who knows how many customers they have done this to.
Finally, I called corporate and a very many thanks to Juan for ensuring me that THEY were wrong and making sure I got my full refund.

Why would you need to call for backup? Customers can't just browse stores now? I got what i needed, but we left feeling discriminated against for the first time, especially in miami where the population is predominantly hispanic. I honestly had gotten them both because they were in such good price. I cannot afford to buy two if the actual price is 19, too much for my pocket. Specially in this time of recession in the whole country. The older specialist went to check the prices and came up to us as if we had like to her. I have no need to lie, I’m a decent person and like to pay for my things. At the end she didn’t help at all. If she had know good customer service, given that it was their mistake, she should have given it to us for the 5 dollars worth.
