The worst subway I have ever been. I got there on July 10, 2019 at 12.30 pm. There was an average height, strong, light Afroamerican lady with a really awful attitude. I ordered the first footlong for my kids, and then I ordered the other footlong for my husband and me. Instead of preparing mine, the lady took the order for the guy behind me. When she took the sandwich out of the oven, it turned to be that it was not my order. It was for the guy behind me. Thinking that it was still mine, I told her what veggies to put in. At that moment, I realised that it was not for us. I asked the lady and she told me it was not my sandwich but the next customer. When finally they took our sub out of the oven, bacon was not in the sandwich. Obviously, the guy behind me was angry. It seems to be he is a friend or relative one of the ladies who were working in that shift. How can a clerk be so disrespectful and at the same time get angry because I called her attention for the ingredient that was missing in my sandwich. She is too far from being a nice clerk. Spanish or english speaking you do this every week. It is your job! If you don’t like it, do something else! Why do I have to toast MY OWN SANDWICH when its clearly stated in my order.
