Honestly, Iām not the type of person to leave reviews like this one, but I think itās the only way they will fix things. I have been to this store twice, and both were bad experiences. The first time, I ordered a venti hot chai latte, and instead they gave me an iced chai latte. Though I let them know of their mistake, I was late to a meeting so I had to go before I could ask them to fix my drink. I ended up not liking the cold version of my favorite drink at all. The second time I ordered though the mobile app, and it said this store offered curbside pickup. Because of this, I decided to go in pajamas. I checked in thought the mobile app, and it said a barista would be there with my order soon. I waited 20 minutes (which is honestly not my main complain) before I decided to call the store to ask what was going on. They then told me their store didnāt offer curbside pickup. When I told them it was offered though the app (and that their parking lot had curbside pickup spots), they proceeded to clarify that they were currently ābacked upā and ātoo busy to deliver take the curbside ordersā. They also said they would try to offer curbside services later when they were less busy. Now, I honestly wouldnāt mind if their store didnāt have curbside pickup, or if I had to wait more than 10 minutes for a curbside order. However, what bothered me was that these people could decide when they were or were not providing one of the services offered in the app without telling their customers. Had I know there was no curbside pickup offered, I would have either gone to another store or worn sweatpants so I could have gotten out of my car and picked up my drink. Once I told the person on the phone that I wouldnāt get out of my car, he told me that I would have to wait because he had orders ahead of me. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for a venti drink and a brownie, while I saw people walk in and out of the store in under 5 minutes. I think itās worth mentioning that both times I went to this store, I ordered though the mobile app. I donāt know if they constantly have trouble with their mobile orders, or if it was just me, but I think the least they could do is fix it. I will no longer order at this store, and I hope this review will be seen do they can change their system to be both more effective and fair to those people either ordering thought the app, or in too much of a rush to demand this store fix whatever...

Today was a new low for this location as for the last several weeks they have been getting my order wrong adding Stevia or similar type of sugar to my ice coffee when I ask for "ice coffee, almond milk, NO Sugar" so one would think this isn't a complex order or difficult to get right, apparently I'm wrong.... The only person who does get my order right is a veteran who clearly has a solid work ethic from being in the military not because of training from corporate or local management. Based on several of the young women who work at this location you can see they are more focused on the conversation between themselves vs. helping clients inside the store or paying attention to orders. However, this really falls on the management, training and lack of work ethic. It was so bad today I had to walk out after I placed my order and watched several orders after me get fulfilled only to ask if my ice coffee was getting made. The reply from the young lady was "did you order and pay for it" my reply to that was 10,000 years ago and walked out. If you cant handle four or five orders and understand who is politely waiting why are you even showing up to work... Clearly lacking management and oversight at this location. The past two times when Iāve ordered a Grande, i say it loud and clear a GRANDEā and when I get my drink at the end itās a Venti. This has happened twice with the SAME person. Itās extremely annoying and just odd. Thereās always a long line, and they donāt know how to properly address customer concerns. They donāt greet you when you come in, and theyāre just overall unprofessional.
They donāt know how to manage mobile orders with regular in-store orders. They donāt have a system they just do whateverā resulting in inefficient service all around.
i would steer clear from this location, unless you have all the patience in the world to wait for you orderā then by all means....
