This person knows the very definition of going above and beyond, literally. He monitored the whole order process when I was dissatisfied with my second order, provided constant updates, and he traveled to the site just to ensure that the emerald I was particularly looking for, is what I am actually looking for. I recently bought an absolutely gorgeous emerald pendant from Queen Emerald with the guidance and expertise of Jose Rodriguez. The website is easy to navigate, has excellent pictures, and the staff is amazing. While the pictures are fantastic, there is no comparison to how amazing the quality of the emerald is in person.
