SHAWARMA XPRESS (FIU) — Restaurant in Florida

I made a purchase via Uber Eats at Shawarma Xpress (1309 SW 107 AVE. MIAMI, FL. 33174) from an offer published in the Uber Eats App, for a Chicken Shawarma, where it clearly indicated the following: BUY 1, GET 1 FREE, but the restaurant did not send me the second Chicken Shawarma for free (FREE ACCORDING TO THE PROMOTION), so I called the restaurant explaining what happened hoping that the manager would understand the error, but that did not happen, he simply told me that the UBER EATS offer did not appear in his system and that he could not do anything about it, in the end he told me that I should solve the situation with UBER EATS.. DO NOT BUY AT THIS RESTAURANT, IT WAS EXCELLENT BEFORE, BUT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE HAS FALLEN TO AN IMPRESSIVE LEVEL OF MEDIOCRITY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY THERE..!!

The offer published in the Uber Eats App clearly says BUY 1, GET 1 FREE, NOWHERE IN THE UBER EATS APP DID IT INDICATE BUY 2, GET 1 FREE, anyway, thank you very much...

NOT GOOD! I called in the order to realize he didn't start my order till I got there. watched him playing on his phone while having the gloves he usesto grab the food. He didn't change gloves but I decided not be that guy and just over look that. The food was even more lackluster than the service. Hours say they are open. Doors are locked. Employee came up to the door after ignoring various knocks and says they don't open till 3pm. Refused to do service. They only take Uber orders prior to 3pm. Never coming to this place again. Also they have bad prices on menu for their chicken greek salad which when order they secretly add another dollar to it. This happened on our precious visit. Also check your pita bread as this has mold on...
