Worst experience in my life, at midnight someone tried to get in to my room and over the course of a hr they came back three times each time with a new person. Trying many things to get me to open the door, saying things such as this room was not paid for and the owner said get out and we are calling the cops. I said thank you for calling them. They didint show up so I called the cops to walk me down to the lobby so I could leave. This was after I called down stairs and said ease send help and they didint send anyone. I didn't get a refund or even a partial refund because I was there for 6 hours out of my two nights day. This hotel is an abomination with crackheads and hookers littering the hallways as well as drug dealers outside. This hotel should not be in operation elevator didn't work decaying walls everywhere puddles and all the floors wet signs everywhere on carpet. Have the room doors in the hotel don't even open, I had to venture down the stairs four times to get into my room. Along with three other hotel guests the same time I was trying to get in my room. One guy said never mind my card hasn't worked three times just give my money back I'm going to another hotel. I have a video attached of me trying to open my door several times and it not working. In this video you can also see the decay on that door as a prime example of how bad the hotel looked.I hope the better Business bureau responds to my email.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have stayed here many times in the past, but it’s been a while, and will definitely be my last. First off, it is no longer just a hotel, it is also an assisted living facility, and there are no real separations between the two, just people living in some of the rooms and hanging out in the facility. Look it up on google, you will see the name of the facility also in same building. And although it was a rather shocking discovery, I was ok with it, but it’s definitely something you should know before booking a room here. Not sure how licensing works with assisted living facilities, but definitely seems strange for general public to be mixed in with these residents. Check in took a while because there was no one around, was finally told by the elderly lady sitting in the lobby in her wheelchair (Resident) that I had to ring the bell to get anyone to come out. Also, bring refreshments with you, no working vending machines on site, was told that by front desk. But the real problem I had was being awakened by bed bugs a little after 12.. pic attached. I killed 2 of them. They did move me to a different room, what little consolation that was.

I wish I could give absolutely no starts at all!!! This hotel was the nastiest most unsafe hotel that I've ever been to. I'm annoyed with myself that I even booked it. I will never make that mistake again. The staff (I believe his name was Mark) was so rude and nasty. Treated us like second class citizens. When I was done hearing what he had to say, we asked for the manager, she came in and basically was the same way. They gave us three room options to look at. One was occupied by another person that we walked in on, the second, the lock was broken, and please look at pictures of the third one..... I was so scared because when I walked in, I thought it was a dead body! Look at both headboards laying on the bed. I couldn't believe it. We went to leave and the elevator was broken on the 4th floor. That's not a big deal, however, when we went to walk down the stairs, there was a straight crack head in there doing his business. Please listen to this review, I tell no lies. Please see the pictures. This is a dangerous place to stay at. I would never recommend... EVER.

I hate it when I have to write reviews like this for businesses because I understand the level of work it truly goes into running and managing a business, but when it comes to hospitality there is a certain level of integrity and respect you must uphold for ALL people. I reserved a room through Priceline for a night stay at the Clarion hotel. About two hours later I received a call from family of an unexpected emergency to attend to and had to cancel my reservation last minute. First red flag was no one being at the front desk to attend to guests coming in. 2nd red flag, When I finally got ahold of an associate he told me to call Priceline to conduct the cancellation. Priceline eventually had to have the hotel approval to continue with the process. The Priceline associate began to call clarion and at this time there were no other guests to tend to but me. 2 hotel staff members were at the front and the phone was ringing off the hook and no one was answering the phones but they decided to feel as if there conversations in another language than English about non work related things were most important than paying attention to my needs. The Priceline associate then said she could not get ahold of the hotel and I then had to direct there attentions to me in order for them to further do their jobs. The condescending attitudes and gestures were uncalled for since I was pleasantly trying to get there attention but obviously my needs were causing them to be annoyed and extremely rude in there responses to me. The Priceline associate tried calling again and the phone continued to ring until I had to direct them again. Marr, the hotel associate finally answered the phone and responded to the Priceline worker to cancel the reservation but In a very rude stern manner. I was so confused at his attitude and ignorance in ignoring me the first few times I tried to get all of there attention. I have never felt so disrespected, and neglected as a customer. This establishment is borderline ghetto and I can see why now the ratings for this hotel establishment are extremely low. These people could careless for people and that is the opposite of how it should be working in hospitality. I recommend no one stay here and prayerfully this business will become something more vital for the community other than being filled with people who carry no class...

This hotel was awful. It wasn’t even worth one star. I am not from this area, so I picked a hotel that I thought would be safe and fine for me to stay at while I saw a concert. From the first moment I arrived, I saw things that were an issue. There was blood on the carpet in the hallways, a roach blunt on the counter in the front lobby, and my room smelled very strongly of smoke. I have asthma, so my throat started to close up and my eyes became red and puffy. My girlfriend and I came back from our concert, grabbed our things and went to check out. I was already starting to cough again, so I went to the car and my girlfriend went to the front desk to talk to the employee. She asked if we could have a full refund, as the online site said “ no smoking” and the smell in the hotel and room was not from a couple of people smoking in it every now and then, but repeated smoking on a regular basis. I imagine that the smell has soaked into the walls and carpets. Not to mention they clearly didn’t have an issue with it, if the employees were smoking themselves. Keep in mind that my girlfriend and I had only used the bathroom, one or two hand towels, and set our bags on. We did not undo the bed, or messy anything else up. The front desk lady was extremely rude and smart-mouthed to my girlfriend. She said to contact our third party, but would not help us. This was an big issue involving my health, and they will not give me a refund still. We were able to find a much nicer hotel, that actually upheld their rules and kept their hotel nice and clean. Highly recommend the Country Inn Raddison Hotel. If I do not get my deposit, or a full refund back, I will definitely be involving my family’s lawyer—as they have not cared about my health, or have the standards that they advertise. On top of the smoke, blood stained carpets in the hall, and the rude employee, the pool was also closed down and the elevator was very questionable.

For anyone wondering, I’m not usually someone to write a review on something. I don’t have the energy to as I’m just a lazy person. However, this was absolutely awful and I do NOT want someone getting into the same situation. Especially with a health issue. Spend the extra money somewhere else, it’s awful service and an...

Do not recommend. Staff lacks professionalism. Checked in and the night auditor had very loud christian music but at the same time welcomed me saying all the stuff Hotel did not provide. No Breakfast, no business center, no pool and check out must be before 11 am or I will be charged. Gave me poor directions to get to the elevator I was lost due to had to walk in between buildings and abandoned pool to get to the other building. I started feeling not safe. The halls, doors, carpet were dirty. Is the type of hotel that rents weekly, and take a copy of your ID to have it on their records. The elevator stinks and the room too, they where not cleaned properly. I checked in around 6am do to I was driving across state and at that time could not find another hotel to walk away. The rooms don't even have a phone, safe, blower, iron nothing. Only stained furnitures, T.V. And mini fridge and microwave. The bed doesn’t even have bed skirts just plain box spring. Their guests is the type of people you feel like walking into a bad neighborhood. No cameras and lots of signs they are not responsible for items damage or lost in your vehicle. My room was not cleaned although my reservation was Friday to Sunday. Checked in Saturday morning and left Saturday afternoon as soon as my other new hotel room was ready. Before I left I wanted to provide feed back and when asked if a manager was available, the male front desk said no, they will be here Monday and turned his sight like if he was busy and I was interrupting him. No questions asked if everything was ok, or how could he help. Pictures on the website are not the reality of the hotel, nor rooms. Stay away. Is not worth it staying in a hotel that is not clean, staff is rude, and you will fear for...
