Mir Apparel is the best store that you will find in this particular plaza when it comes to variety and price. However, be mindful if you purchase an item online and would like to return/exchange it. I purchased a pack on Friday night, picked it up on Saturday, tried the item, and didn't like it. I read the terms and conditions via their website where it states that if you're not happy with what you bought, you have one week to receive a refund or exchange. Today, Monday, which is within the week's time, I requested a refund and was told there are "No Refunds. No Returns. No Exchanges." I explained that I needed clarity because the terms on the website were different from what was currently being said for my online order. The gentleman proceeds to say that "they don't have a system to complete a refund." I asked if I could exchange the item, and he immediately got upset. I explained why I wasn't happy with the item but he responded as if my response wasn't good enough. However, the gentleman wearing glasses explained that I could exchange for something else equivalent to value, and he apologized. What I gathered is that there are different policies based upon which owner you interact with. The gentleman who apologized was the reason I became a returned shopper before today. I recommend working with him if you can. I've attached a screenshot of the website's policy for review. Great luck to you!

Horrible! Ordered and didn’t receive what I ordered and I called and told them I got the wrong thing they said It’s not much of a difference it’s pretty much the same thing and I told them I didn’t want that I ordered my original order for school colors not for solid black!

I ordered $330 worth of items from Mir Apparel & received it two days later. The items I received were NOTHING like the pics. I did contact them. After a few calls and returning my initial items, they took care of me. Abdul helped and he provided excellent customer service. I will def do more business with them...
