This place is a complete scam hiding behind slick marketing. Their website boldly claims: “No tech is too weird, too ancient, or too broken. We take phones, laptops, video games, virtually anything with a screen and buttons.” That is a blatant lie.

I drove 30 minutes only to be told they wouldn’t take an HP all-in-one computer (in great condition), a 4K 32-inch Dell monitor, a 32-inch LG ultrawide monitor, or even basic accessories like wireless keyboards and mice. In other words, they don’t actually accept “virtually anything with a screen and buttons” — just whatever is easiest for them to flip, like used video games.

On top of that, they weren’t even willing to do a basic factory reset on my all-in-one to protect my privacy, despite advertising that they “thoroughly erase your data.” That’s not just false advertising — that’s dangerous.

This store is misleading customers with false promises, wasting people’s time, and showing zero regard for data security. They should be ashamed of running a business...

I was trying to sell 3 galaxy buds unopened. I texted the number on the website and was told I could bring them in. When I got to the store the representative immediately told me they don’t take buds back due to sanitary reasons. They still have the factory seal on them. I left and called another location and they said they do take them back with the factory seal. That location is farther so I went back in and told them that another location said they take them back and on the website it says AirPods are taken back which is equivalent to the samsung buds. The guy said yeah I’m not sure who texted you but we don’t take them back. If you have it on the website that you take buds back and other locations take them back then why am I being told something different? I’m not sure who runs this one but this...

They purchased an Xbox one x at a fair and reasonable price. I then worked with them on selling game systems I had purchased over the last 20 years 7+ and all of the games.
