Our New Baby — Local services in Dothan

I really should have written a review long before now because Our New Baby in Dothan AL has been awesome since the very first time I used them almost three years ago. Brandon always goes above and beyond to keep the customer happy. I’ve ordered two sets of nursery furniture from them, and I’ve been extremely pleased. When the second set was needed, I had moved four hours away. I called Brandon and said, “I need a crib, chest of drawers, and a dresser all in the color grey and under this amount. Also, I need it shipped to Georgia, and I can’t afford to pay a fortune in shipping.” Of course, he made it happen, took my card number over the phone, and had it delivered way sooner than I ever expected it. This week, I called because in the process of moving to a new home both sets got all scratched up. Brandon is out on vacation, but another guy promptly called me back and has touch up paint being shipped my way. They are seriously the easiest people in the world to do business with. The prices are a tad higher than other companies, but the quality of their furniture and their customer service far surpasses any other...

My husband and I recently visited this store to get my son a pair of shoes since we had a credit from a pair we bought easier that didn't fit.... I needed some help to find a certain size and I left my husband by the shoes while I looked for a staff member the manager came from the back office and asked my husband in a very rude manner if she could help him and she was surprised to see me come around the corner she acted as if he was stealing... She found the size shoe I needed and when it was in my hand she put her hand on it and said "do you want me to bring this to the front for you" as if I was going to steal it or something it just didn't feel right at all and was not welcoming... There were other guest in the store and no one approached them or took there stuff while they were looking around..... Anyways I will never shop here again I felt so uncomfortable..... A lesson in customer service is definitely needed... Myself being Muslim and my husband being a big black guy obviously made them feel a certain way and I won't bring my business where it's not wanted...

I was desperate to buy a replacement for munchkin orange miracle cup for my daughter. When we went out we lost it and couldn't buy it at the store anymore because munchkin discontinued the orange miracle sippy cup.

My daughter is picky when it comes to her favorite color, not pink, purple...So I looked all the store, Target, Amazon, Walmart etc... but couldn't buy it. then I finally found it on Our New Baby Inc website.

First, I was so worried to order it via online. Because I live in North East, and never been to the store. But I'm so happy I bought it from them. THEIR COUSTMERS SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!!! I received my package in 3days after I placed order. They even wrote Thank you note on my receipt. I can tell they really care about customers from the way they take care of items.
