The childrens place was great when I first started buying from there. Lately I have received other peoples order or the incorrect order. I'm tired of it. I lost 30 bucks to a dress that they sized wrong. I didnt have time to go to the post office and drop the package off in time. I just let it go. I just recently ordered more stuff and once again....wrong order. This time they put someone elses order in my package. Now I literally have to miss time at work to try to run to the post office to send this back. Whoever is in the warehouse needs to pay more attention. We are buying customers we arent getting this...

I normally shop online and will continue to do so! I walked up to the counter and said excuse me twice, the cashier looked at me twice and continued to ignore me. When she finally came to the register I told her she had left the sensor tag on my daughter’s jeans. Her mouth fell open in disbelief and she proceeded to treat me like I had stolen the jeans although the number on the tag matched my receipt. She refused to believe she had made a mistake. Omg those Women are awesome! I was checking out received great service running my mouth as usual left my wallet on the counter didn’t find out till I was at another store checking out and the ladies put it up for me and I was so grateful because not only was everything in there but you know it’s a hassle getting all your information back and it’s Christmas so there’s a lot of people out there that wouldn’t do that.
