Nice play experience but the customer service and booking management needs serious improvement. We were checked in 25 minutes late and kicked off the simulator 10 minutes before our play time was over according to the on-screen timer.

BEWARE the driving range is not included in your play time for some reason, which is misleading and unnecessary. We were given about a minute warning to finish up before being rudely told to leave. One of the owners, Joel, chided and insulted our scores when we brought up the advertised play time of 18 holes in 1 hour for a twosome. He really doesn’t uphold their claim to be welcoming to beginners.

C’mon do the math, par 72, 144 shots for a twosome. You’d have to selected your club, evaluate the shot, swing, watch the shot, then trade off with your partner in 25 seconds… for a whole hour, AS A SCRATCH GOLFER!

Don’t buy any food or drinks if you ever want to finish your game.

Perhaps the business’ time mismanagement led to the rude exit, though all other staff other than Joel were excellent. Recommendations for improvement are to stop advertising unrealistic playtimes, include all time in the sim in the on-screen timer, and provide at least a 10 minute...

Pretty good experience. Played Pebble Beach and got a $5 beer. Thanks for not gouging on beer prices like some places do.

Some feedback: I wish I could get a 90 minute slot for the $60 rate I paid on Friday (it's $50 M-Th). A dollar a minute is a bit steep, although the technology is cutting-edge for sure and I'm sure it's expensive to run.

It's pretty tough to warm up on the range and finish a full round in 60 minutes, even by yourself. This is something that could be considered. Maybe adding 30 minutes of "range warmup" time for an extra $10 bucks or something. Point being, I don't want to feel rushed when golfing, and I felt rushed to warm up and finish in 60 minutes and definitely didn't want to pay $120 to play a round of indoor golf. Just barely finished 18 holes with a minute to spare, and rushed through the back 9.

The golfing simulator and experience of the game place is second to none. The customer service and food are sub par. Most every person besides a select few have been rude and condescending. Upon walking in the gentleman asked if we had reservations which I said we do but said we were early and awaiting for our 3rd to arrive. He said we’ll go ahead and get set up. Come to find out him rushing us to go ahead and get set up while awaiting our 3rd, he started our timer and we didn’t get to finish our game. We had 2 holes left and he kept rushing us out the door. We ordered a pizza and 2 orders of chicken strips with fries. The chicken came out raw in the middle. Took us 10 minutes to find the guy working to try and remedy the situation. Love the simulator and golf experience.
