Appearance of the store looked clean. I went into the location knowing exactly what shoes I wanted to purchase. After several minutes of attempting to find my shoes, I asked an employee if they had the Nikey Zoom Pegasus 35 avaiabile. She quickly nodded her head and replied “Whatever we got over there is what we have”. I went off to search again and eventually found the shoes I was looking for.
I took a sample shoe from the display shelf to the same lady I previously talked to and asked for my size so I could try them on. She tries to contact a different employee over the radio and seemed frustrated. She rushes to the back of their employee room and started to raise her voice agressively at the employee. The employee she called for eventually came out and helped me with getting my correct shoe size. I tried them on and made a purchase. The store had what I wanted but the customer service experience was horrible.
I don’t know if the lady was the manager on duty, but I would recommend training employees on customer service and ensuring they know about their products. The lady who was aggressive to the employee should’ve dealt with the employee in a different manner. No customer wants to hear and witness employee drama. The managers should always set an example for other employees and be professional.

Read moreI wouldn't even give one star but I had to in order to write this review. The customer service is by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The workers are lazy and rude. My son and I stood waiting for someone to help us for at least 10 minutes. When we finally tracked down a worker he acted as if he was bothered by us. While waiting another ten minutes for him to return another young lady if that's what you would call her, looked my 8 year old son up and down as if he was stealing something. Once the worker returned with my sons shoes he did not bother to help him with trying the shoe on but instead broke his neck to ask another customer who was dressed provocatively if he could help her instead. I have yet to speak with the store manager. However, if her employee's behavior is an example of her then I'm sure I won't get anywhere with her either. If my son would not have wanted the shoes so bad last night I would have purchased...

I had her try on 3 pair of shoes and told him she only didnt want one pair. He assumed I only wanted to get one pair. Due to it being closing hour , I trusted he understood rushed and paid for my stuff. Noticed once I got to the car I only had one pair. I immediately went back and I thought I had purchased 2 until we discussed the manner and looked over the receipt. Once we realized a mistake was made, the employee advised i could come tomorrow to get the second pair.
