I purchased a fedora online that did not fit, so I emailed the owner for a return authorization and informed him that I wanted a refund. The owner sent me a screenshot of their â no refund policyâ and attempted to strong-arm me into accepting a credit I did not wish to. We exchanged three emails in which the owner refused to give me a return authorization number and kept repeating â no refunds, no exceptionsâ like a parrot. I called and spoke with an employee who gave me a return authorization number, and I sent the fedora back.
I expressed to the owner in my email that a âno refund policyâ should be plastered on every page so a consumer can see it. Had I known of Napolyâs underhanded business practices, I would have never purchased the fedora because any company that employs a â no refund policyâ is not reputable and does not stand behind the products they sell.
Reputable companies understand that customer satisfaction is paramount, and there are many reasons why a customer would want to return items purchased online. Common reasons that warrant a customer returning Items purchased online are that they donât fit, do not resemble the online picture, poor quality, the customer does not like the item, etc. Therefore, all reputable companies will grant a refund if the returned item is in brand-new condition with all tags attached. Unfortunately, Napoly is a business focused solely on scamming customers and does not value customer satisfaction, so they have a â no refund policy.â
Despite returning the hat in brand new condition with the tags, they still did not issue me a refund. However, they kept the hat ( something a scam company would do), so I disputed the transaction with my bank and got my money back.
I will never purchase from Napoly again, and I discourage consumers from buying from them too. Any company that does not issue refunds is a scam because reputable companies and owners donât operate like that. One star is too much. If I could, I would give them negative five stars. Itâs only a matter of time before they go belly up because companies and owners who donât understand that â repeat customersâ are how to stay in business always...
Read moreI googled this place after so much frustration, while shopping around Atlanta and not finding a jacket slim enough for my son. I called the store and a sales associate by the name of Alex answered. He was friendly, professional, and listened to the style and colors we were looking for! So we decided to drive to this store in Douglasville located in the mall there. When we got there Alex took us straight to this jacket, he and I paired it with these darker gray dress pants, and white dress shirt. He also picked out this bling bowtie my Son is wearing in pics with silver and lavender jewels in it, as my Son prom date dress was lavender with silver jewels & silver tulle in it! No one else had this color or look on at my son prom here in Birmingham, AL.
The owner was there also, both men are professional, welcoming, with quick service while also paying close attention to detail! We would definitely shop with them again!! Which is why I gave them a 5âââââ rating.

Read moreThis is a good place to find eccentric (flashy & obnoxious) statement pieces, but the service we received was horrible. A young man who was trying very hard to make a sale, started to belittle us, insinuating we were dressing our teen for prom when in fact, our son had picked out for himself very nice pieces from Menâs Warehouse. We went to Napoly to find unique accessories to match. The young man started telling us we paid too much for a bow tie. You get what you pay for, because the bow ties at Napoly are big and clown-like. If you want to look like you just walked out of a circus, go there. This salesman needs to learn that you donât insult possible paying customers to make a sale. And no, we are not confusing this store with another one in the mall (like the ownerâs reply to another...
