Clean Eatz — Restaurant in Douglasville

I’ve been a loyal customer of this location since it opened. As an Awards Point member, I genuinely appreciated having a healthier dining option in the neighborhood. I’ve supported the business consistently, often coming in at least three times a week for lunch. The manager would regularly greet me, and I believed we had developed a positive patron-to-manager rapport.

However, during a recent visit, I was extremely disappointed by how a situation was handled. I attempted to place a to-go order and was informed there was a large call-in order ahead of me, which would result in a 45-minute wait. I was understanding and waited patiently. After 45 minutes had passed, I approached the counter to place my order, only to be told it would now be an additional 30 minutes.

This experience felt unprofessional and showed poor management, especially towards a regular customer. There was no clear communication, no apology, and no effort to accommodate or retain customer satisfaction. If the store is unable to handle both walk-in and call-in orders due to staffing or preparation issues, then perhaps it should pause walk-in orders temporarily rather than leaving customers frustrated.

All I have is wonderful things to say about clean eatz . The owners are phenomenal ! They are always so kind and helpful , always putting the customer first. They truly care about the customer, and they want to make absolute sure that you have a thorough understanding of everything that they sell. Every item of food I have ever eaten there is absolutely delicious! Everything is priced extremely reasonably, especially the grab-and-go meals . They are absolutely delicious and have saved me so much time. Just take them out of your freezer, pop them in the microwave, and enjoy a delicious, healthy, nutritious meal. Everything about this place is amazing! The customer service is great, such a friendly, courteous staff. Great variety of food options. The food is delicious, fresh and served up quick. There were several in my group. I had the Philly Flatbread, another had the black bean burger, and another the buffalo chicken wrap. We all had sweet potato fries as a side and Life Water to drink.
