Ok, so I went on opening day. No surprise, the service was excellent. They greeted you with a big hello. You placed your order using an iPad type device. There was a team of employees working diligently. And you had your cookies in your hand within minutes. Handed to you with a smiling representative and a hardy thank you. All that you would expect from a new business on day one. Not to mention the store itself was in very clean, pristine condition. I give the experience an A. On the other hand, there's the actual product. The cookies. My first time ever trying these cookies. I didn't care for them. Dont get me wrong, if you're into cookie dough, then this place for you. For me, the cookies needed more time in the oven. I like my cookies slightly well-done. Crisp on the outside, a lil soft on the inside. These cookies are too thick, too soft and too doughy. And trust me, only 1 is enough. I bought a 6-pack for me & the Mrs., but I couldn't even finish my first one. The Mrs only ate half of hers. So, to wrap things up, good location, very good service, and a great product... if ur into giant cookie dough,...
Read moreI’m a big Crumbl fan, the cookies are usually delicious, and the variety of the changing menu makes it fun. If there is a flavor I don’t like as well, somebody else in my family probably loves it. The cookies are so good I put up with the bad way the store is run.
Unfortunately the Douglasville location is absolutely the worst Crumble location I have found across multiple states, and it’s the closest to my home. Almost daily they are sold out of one or two of the six available flavors. That’s repeatedly, week after week for the past year. It’s horrible that a third of the menu is unavailable consistently.
Additionally, when the cookies are available, they don’t spread the frosting like the demo cookies and other locations do. I know they ask “is this okay?” before you walk out the door, but I don’t feel like sending my cookies back to be remade over a half-inch of icing. At $4-5 per cookie, it should be right, don’t ask me to tell you it’s close enough like I just got it for 50 cents at Wal-mart.
Taste of cookies and the Crumble product: 5/5 stars. Douglasville location: 1/5 stars...
Read morewaited over an hour & a half to get the absolute worst customer service from a girl named macey is what i was told. we waited in the store for over half an hour to not have a word spoken to us while multiple people behind us in line were helped & even left with cookies before us. we were in the front of the line and our name was number 1 & without a word behind said she skipped it. we had to try multiple times to get her attention and she was very disrespectful & said she called our name & we didn’t say anything. she put the name back on the screen and then proceeded to help another guest behind us in line. then when it was time for our cookies she shoved them at us and walked away. the manager was absolutely wonderful and diffused the situation perfectly but i highly advise this girl get some more training in customer service because she was the only person speaking to customers...
