I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible customer service I received from Sydney at the Dover Five Below location. I had been searching for an Aries zodiac cup, and while they had other signs, they did not have mine. Sydney went above and beyond to help me. She explained that it was a limited release but still took down my information and went the extra mile by checking with other stores. Not only did she follow up by calling the Rehoboth location, but she went out of her way to get one to Dover so I could purchase it. I really appreciated her kindness, dedication, and how she took ownership of the situation. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction, and Sydney absolutely made my day. Thank you, Sydney! Pictured is the lovely cup!

I couldn't Find What I initially was Looking For So I asked a worker & she wasn't helpful. Some of the items have no price listed so I ended up giving back half of my items at the register. When I was paying for my items the young lady kept my change & when I told her that I gave her a bigger bill she argued with me at first then realized her mistake & apologized. The manager thought she was going to have to count the drawer but realized it Too. After getting home I realized That 1 of The items I purchased is damaged & just TOO Flimsy The Batteries won't Stay in place so it's Not Working & The Back Hooks Are Broken! So The Adhesive is Stuck To My Wall But The Strip Can't Hang Up! I'm Taking it Back! 8-29-25

Random things usually on the lower end of quality but still decent for what it is. I did notice things prices for more than $5 now instead of the normal prices.. inflation is a B. The gentlman insisted on checking us out at the "SELF CHECKOUT" I SAID WELL WHATS THE POINT OF SELF CHECKOUT". YOU HAVE TO BUY BAGS.

It's not a dollar store, it's a five dollar store. Clearly by the name, there are items cheaper then five dollars. A fun assortment of odds and ends that you don't "need" but are fun little gifts or house hold items. Did I mention tshirts, sweaters, socks, hats & scarfs and so on. Candy, books(light reading) and stationary as well. Some seasonal items like stuffed critters and 4' tall candy cane and large stocking to stuff round out the holiday stuff. A lot of cheap toys and mini board game to boot. If you need an inexpensive kid gift, or adult, "five below"...
