Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Dover

I stopped in at this location for breakfast with my brother and sister-in-law before taking them to the airport. We went through the drive-thru and placed our order, they read it back to us and it was correct. Once we got our order my sandwich was completely wrong, it should have had cheese on it and it didn't have any cheese, It was also supposed to be a spicy deluxe when in fact they actually gave me a classic chicken sandwich with no cheese no lettuce no tomato and My drink was supposed to be sweet tea but they gave me lemonade. When I went back into the store I got nothing but attitude from the cashier that helped me/served me as well as an attitude from the manager, unfortunately I didn't get their names. The biggest thing that got me was the fact that they didn't even want to fix the problems with my order, except giving me the correct drink. Very unsatisfied with this location and I will not be...

Stopped for dinner takeout about 5:40 pm yesterday, hardly anyone in line but the pickup area was backed up to the payment booth. There were two handing out orders but they were just hanging by the window waiting for the orders to come out. I can deal with that. But when I got my order, I'm pretty sure it was made 2 hours before and left under the heat lamp. The waffle fries were soggy and chewy; not to mention they had dropped the salt shaker on them. The chicken strips were not crispy and were luke warm at best. Then, my favorite drink, the frosted lemonade was melted like it had been sitting for a half hour or so after it was made. I have never had a meal this bad from any Chick-fil-A and it was totally not acceptable. I'm guessing they had prepared items ahead for the 4:30 work let-out and maybe made too much, so an hour later, I'm getting what was prepared at 4pm. If this is the new norm I won't be...

Went to this Chic-Fil-A during a very busy weekday for lunch. Have never been to this particular place, but it was close to home and seemed nice, so it was worth the shot, right? Absolutely! I parked on the side, more so by Lowes, because of the parking lot being so packed with the lunch rush. I walked into the Chic-Fil-A expecting super long lines and people filed in waiting on their orders. I was wrong, there were 3 people waiting on orders, none in line at all. I ordered food for my Fiance, my son, and myself, and was told to wait on the side for my order. Bam! I turned around and my order showed up without hesitation, and I was on my way. I have tried pretty much all of the "fast food" establishments from Smyrna to Dover, and not a single one of them could even compare to this Chic-Fil-A! Will definitely plan more stops here anytime possible...
