Sbarro Dover Mall — Restaurant in Dover

So, I am at a standstill with my experience today. Also left a bit confused.. I walked to the counter and spoke with who I was assuming was the manager. Mid age spanish woman. We spoke on a few things, and it was a nice encounter I said.I would probably be back to order. My wife and kids went and ordered instead of me because I ate at another establishment. So

Went for lunch today. Out Christmas shopping. Two workers were very rude, no more like obnoxious. We ordered thick crust and they did not have one ready to go. Thirty minutes later I asked to speak with the manager. Much to my surprise the one mouthy off to me was the manager. They did give us the pizza free but with an attitude. My wife and I drove from Milford to Dover mall to get pizza there as it used to be good. But we were treated poorly the girl said we don't have any cheese pizza so I looked at other items and it all looked old and dried out. This other lady said to me her child would not eat it.
