Friday 1/14/2022 went to the Lane Bryant store in Rehoboth Beach De and was met by the rudest sales person I’ve ever encountered. I had been in the store for about 5 minutes when a middle aged caucasian woman about 5’5 and on the plumb size, was not able to get her name. There is a mask mandate in place and for medical reasons I am not able to wear one, but I did have on a face shield. She would not allow me explain why I did not have a ask. She rudely stated I could leave or go sit somewhere (outside) and they would bring me things to look at. I turned my back to her to calm myself down and to determine if I want to purchase the items I was looking at. She said to me rudely that she meant now not at my leisure. I put the items back and told her I would take my business elsewhere. This woman needs some very serious intense customer service training. Read moreI went to purchase bralettes. The fitting room is closed. This was expected due to Covid. But then I was told that I couldn't return the bras due to it being final sale. Come on...you have to give somewhere. Covid sucks for everyone and I truly understand safety measures. But you as a company can't go on as usual, adjustments need to be made to service your customers willing to come out of their home to make a purchase. During this time NOTHING should be a FINAL SALE. Read moreI went to return a few items and the young lady associate who assisted me was a pure pleasure to work with. I was at the Dover Towne Centre and it was shortly after the store opened. She helped me with my return and with new items I purchased. She was also helping a customer with a problem who was somewhat heated but the associate remained cool, professional, respectful and polite to the irritated customer offering other options for help.
