We have yet to have a bad experience at this urgent care. Even this time it wasn’t “bad” persist. But compared to the time when they were doing that contest to see who could get their names mentioned the most on Google reviews, (to have something donated to a charity of choice) to this time when the contest was not going on, was a bit different. Same, nurse or assistant, Ericka, but not as friendly or sociable as the time when she wanted to win that contest. I do remember her saying that the charity of her choice hit close to home for her, so maybe she was just having an off day. But with kids, and visiting the doctors office, the people who work there should always be welcoming and try to put their own issues to the side for that time they are in the office. Or take some time off. When someone signs up for that position I feel it’s only right. She wasn’t terrible just not the same person we met when she wanted something from us. So that was a bit disappointing :-( now that I think about the entire vibe of the office was not as friendly or welcoming as the time they had that contest. Maybe they just had an off day all together in the office. The PA or “Doctor” was fine. He finally gave us stronger cough syrup for my daughters never ending cough and something for her nausea. Which no one else had done. So that was a plus. And they offered us water from the mini fridge when they heard my daughter announce she left her water bottle in the Uber. So I guess There were some positive points during our visit. We will still use this urgent care as it is right around the corner from our house. I’m going to chalk it up to an off day. Regularly eat at Green Street Grill:always look at specials first & service will be quicker than crowd waiting suggests. Kimberling Whole Foods for supplements, nut butters, kombucha as well as harder-to-locate foods like coconut milk egg nog for holidays. AFC has good doctor that makes the express clinic a worthwhile alternative to some offices/emergency rooms:what they can do is done well. The Sherwin-Williams is one of best in area for customer service; altho it has only 2 designated parking spots in busy lot, the crew will help load car if customer pulls up front. The Pulse beauty school offers economical hair services by students supervised by teachers.
