This chineserestaurant is located within a small strip mall with a lot of food options nearby. You do have an online ordering option, but I called the store and placed an order. They said the food will be ready in fifteen minutes. I placed an order for vegetable fried rice, and Hunan hot chicken with white rice. The parking option is shared with a lot of other shops. However, they have plenty of parking available. As I went to the restaurant you can see there is a dining option with a lot of tables and chairs but I don't believe they do table service. .You can order at the counter, pick up the food and eat at the table. The interior decor was good and the restaurant was kept nice snd clean. No wonder they named it nice. Like any other chinese restaurants, they have a huge menu with several combinations that you can mix it up with white rice, fried rice, lo mein & chow maine. Prices are a little higher.I understand that with the inflation and other things. The food was ready when I reached, the staff greeted and appeared much friendly than a typical chinese takeout. Note that they charge a fee for non cash transactions. Fried rice texture and consistency was spot on. I would have expected some more veggies. The color was yellowish but the taste was okay and once I mixed it with the sauce and hot oil they gave it was good. The Hunan chicken was much better than veg fried rice. The chicken tasted very good. The white rice consistency was awesome and then with the sauce it was perfect. I will definitely try other options here. Worth a visit and quick food delivery with good taste. I have ha much better chinese takeout but this one is definitely...
Read moreThe food is ok, but my overall experience was disappointing for several reasons.
Unwelcoming Front Desk: The front desk staff, especially the elderly lady, was far from welcoming. She would simply throw the receipt at us. Imagine if I, as a customer, just threw my credit card at her while paying the bill—it would be deemed highly inappropriate. This lack of courtesy was quite off-putting.
Billing Discrepancy: The final bill was slightly higher than the menu prices. Although the difference was small, I am particular about where my money goes and believe that everything should be clearly stated on the receipt. When we asked for an explanation regarding the discrepancy, the staff started pointing toward our table and discussing something in their native language. While I'm not assuming they said anything negative, it made for a very uncomfortable experience.
Unpleasant Pickup Experience: We order some items for to-go. When our food was ready for pickup, the front desk lady directed us to where we could get forks, napkins, and sauce while standing in a manner that felt like she was preventing us from taking too much. When my wife took a fork, the lady remarked that she had already provided one. However, upon returning home, we realized that no fork had been included in our bag. I don't know how much they saved by not providing an extra fork, but this level of stinginess was quite annoying.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve their...
Read moreI’m giving 2 stars just to be generous cause I feel bad, but maybe bad reviews would inspire the owners to do better…… this shouldn’t be called nice Chinese restaurant…. Maybe not nice.
The food is terrible. We just moved to the area and are trying out local places to figure out which ones are good or not. I will not be back here. Although the staff is very nice and polite, and the place looks to be clean, the food is trash.
We ordered take out. Dry and bland chicken Soggy dumblings that have no taste Hard chicken in Lomain The wontons in the wonton soups were literally falling apart cause they were so overcooked and the meat was hard.
This was the first time my husband didn’t finish his food in his entire life.
Also paid 50$ for everything, which is crazy, the price is way too high. I never paid more than 35$ for Chinese takeout and we always get the same things. Overpriced and gross.
I am not impressed, hopefully the ingredients become fresher and the chef steps his game up. I never really had bad Chinese food until...
