I should have looked at customer reviews before visiting this store because there're a large number of negative reviews for this store and I agree with this because, in the end, you may find yourself in confusion as you didn't receive the proper explanations at the beginning. This happened to me as well. I came to the store to upgrade my old iPhone for a new one and at first, there were no problems. However, I was supposed to send my old phone by mail, and it was stated that I would receive the money when my phone was received. So far, so good. The only issue was that I had to pay $35 for the activation new phone and an additional $51.90 new phone sales tax. I paid the specified amount of $86.90 and a few days later, I received new phone. AND FROM THIS MOMENT, EVERYTHING BEGINS. When I arrived to the store, I began taking to the store manager. I wanted to pay the phone in full right away to be free and not be tied to the phone company for two years. But it was stated that if I pay the full amount for new phone upfront, I won't receive the promised amount for my old phone. Well, this wasn't discussed in the beginning of our agreement, was it? So, it was said that I must pay for the new phone over two years, and the promised amount for the old phone would also be paid over two years. GREAT!!!!!!!. And finally, it was said that in addition, I must also pay for phone protection for at least 4 months at $18, as it's supposed required by new rule. I was very concerned about these news which, without a doubt, should have been discussed and disclosed right at the beginning of purchasing the new phone. In great disappointment, I left the store without satisfaction and any results. If I had known it would be like this, I would never have dealt with buying a phone in this store. I called to T-Mobile customer service, and they helped me cancel the phone protection plan, even though the store manager insisted it was mandatory. Well, to my great regret, nothing else changed for me. Oh, well, it's a lesson for everyone. So, I'm tied to T-Mobile for two years even thought I didn't sign...
Read moreMy husband and I came in to get a T-mobile SIM card after Sprint and T-mobile merged. The rep (Jassim?) Convinced us to completely switch to T-mobile (taking a total of SIX HOURS!!!) promising us new phones for free when we traded our phones in and $300 credit each that we had to spend in store that day or we would lose the credit, the credit could only be used for accessories and could not be put towards our bill. There weren't many accessories we were interested in so he just started piling up accessories that he said we're covered by the credit. He asked if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed and we opted for an email receipt. We never received a receipt and when we checked our details on the app we saw we were being charged for 6 phone lines and we were paying monthly for all the accessories that were forced on us. We tried calling this location the next day assuming it was a mistake and they did not answer nor return our phone call at all. We called customer service and they told us they would fix the issue and call the store and speak with them directly the next day, they also said it was very suspicious that we didn't get a Receipt. Corporate called us back today to let us know they also are unable to get in touch with this location. Very shady here, I would...
Read moreBuyers beware! This T-Mobile store is absolutely worthless. They will not do anything that is not going to make them money. Have a return? Good luck. You will be told "Sorry we can't do returns, you have to go to a corporate store for that." Have a turn in device, forget about it. You will hear "Oh, our systems are down and you have to go to a corporate store." All lies, which by the way is 1000% not ethical and a breach of T-Mobile's authorized retailer agreements. This store should be shut down immediately as it's doing far more harm for T-Mobile's brand then the very few positive customer experiences that have been had here. I mean look at the reviews, a 3.4....that is insanely low for a T-Mobile store. This staff feels no shame tho and can barely be bothered to answer the phone when called. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! You will be thankful you took the extra time driving past this store to another T-Mobile in the area. They all have higher ratings and far better staffs. Staffs that won't lie and are actually ethical and not just trying to get out of doing any work. If you don't like your job and can't handle the requirements then quit! Don't make customers experiences more difficult then they have to be. 0/5 stars for this...
