Worst customer service ever! Stopped in today for the first time, don't have a customer card, asked the cashier to run the "store card" so I could get sale prices. Never had a problem with that at any other grocery store, EVER! Told me there is no store card and I could go to customer service to fill out an application for their card. I told her I was in a hurry and did not have time to fill one out and that it was annoying that there was no way for me to get the discounted prices. Honestly, I was not rude or nasty. Just annoyed. She threw up her hands in an "I don't care, can't do anything about it" gesture. I said "Well, if you don't care, at least tell someone in management who does." She said "I think I'll do that, RIGHT NOW!" Closed her register and walked away. The two customers behind me and I actually burst out laughing it was so bad! 5 minutes later a customer service rep came over and, without a word, opened the register, the cashier started ringing up my order and the woman behind me graciously let me use her card to get the discounted prices. Most ridiculous incident I have had in a long time. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the cashier, who is unnamed because they apparently do not believe in name tags. And the customer service rep, not saying one word?? No wonder the store is empty, I predict they will not be there long. I did tell the cashier to have a nice day, and left shaking my head...
Read moreI hate to leave negative reviews, so I won't as this situation actually turned positive anyway. It may seem trivial, but I quite often buy a bottle of wine at this store, and perhaps a couple (perhaps 6) general merchandise items. Today however, the clerk working in the beverage area (where you MUST) check out informed me that as per her direct supervisor that 6 items is too much. Considering that there were no other customers in the area I was a little disappointed. After some inquiry on my part with regards to the "policy" I concluded I would get nowhere so I resigned to the fact that I would not have to go to another set of registers, wait in line at the Single full service register and go thru the check out process. Maybe it's trivial, but I might consider just waiting in line at the state store next time (if I can't have the convenience of ease of checking out, what's the point). Might as well just order the merchandise on Amazon. Well, it was all corrected when I checked at the service desk and asked for the manager. He was not available so a woman there suggested she would inform him of this, and assured me that 5, 6 or 7 items really should not have been a problem. So, I'm happy with the results, and happy that several items (non-alcoholic in nature) can INDEED be processed at the a alcohol register. I will continue to use this...

I like this store very much because it’s too close to where I am living, price is very reasonable too and it’s easy to find most of the same products like other stores. And I never return any product to this store before. But today was very strange when I returned the wrong pediasure milk. I always buy this milk for my daughter and I always buy strawberries with pink color. There were two ladies at customer service, the one who even not served me was very extremely rude. Even she told me that I would not buy this milk again in their store. She said that I would go and buy it in another store. I don’t know what about other products? Will I buy or not in their store?
