Front of house was a mess. Had reservations, was given the option to be seated on the Korean Barbecue side, declined and said we would wait for the standard side - waited over a half hour beyond our reservation time and were seated on the Korean Barbecue side anyway. When I objected and said we were waiting for the other side and that we had a reservation I was told "so does everyone else". Korean Fried Chicken wing app was good. Edamame dumplings were very good. Side salad was not good - very watery and bland. Miso soup was quite good. Beef bulgogi was overly sweet. Omiza noodles (can't remember the name of the actual dish) - the noodles themselves were excellent but the veggies and shrimp were disappointing. My wife liked her cocktail (Wife 2.0 I think?), the one I had (tequila, prickly pear, orgeat, etc) is a hard pass. Unsure if we will give this place another chance or not.

This place is fantastic. I highly recommend. Omiza is a Korean BBQ place that also has a dining room and bar with a variety of Asian fusion dishes. The food is outside is outstanding and the atmosphere is quite charming. The staff are kind, courteous, and very attentive. The young lady who was busing our table was especially great. Going back to the food, high marks for authenticity, flavor, and execution. My wife made fun of me for taking close ups of the food (see below), but I wanted to showcase the crispness and texture of all the dishes we ordered. I cant wait to go back and order them again. Look no further if you are in Doylestown and want a great meal with great service and atmosphere.

I had a very pleasurable dining experience at Omiza this past weekend. We were seated promptly at a nice table in the middle of the dining room and our server was polite and well-spoken. The cocktails menu was diverse and seasonal. My wife had a rum drink special and I went for cold sake. The appetizers came out in a timely manner and were hot and fresh tasting. We also enjoyed a simple salad and miso soup with our entrees. Both tasty. For entrees, we each opted for noodle dishes - pad thai and Omiza special soba noodles. Each was cooked and seasoned very well! Good size portion (we took some home). Would come back here again soon!

Located just off the main bustling streets with its own parking and building, Omiza is very nice inside, a modern space with comfortable tables. Mostly seemed to be managed by younger, diverse and attentive staff who provided great service during our meal. On first impression you might think the restaurant is exclusive and/or expensive judging by the exterior signage and a glance inside but we found it quite reasonable and very welcoming and enjoyable.

There is a separate room with holes in the table tops which I assume bwas dedicated to preparing hot pot table side. We arrived just before closing and I believe they were no longer serving in that room. The room is gorgeous with thin brick walls and really nice lighting. I'd LOVE to go back and try this!

Outside of that Omiza has quite a large menu including Korean specialties, Sushi and an adult beverage menu.

The large, modern Sushi bar looks VERY inviting and almost wish we had chosen to sit there but we ended up ordering from the Korean menu.

Some of the Korean options were nice and flexible and offered you the option to pick a sauce and adjust other areas of the meal like noodle type and protein for example. It was quite a bit to look through but everything looked so good.

Everything we ordered ranged from quite good to very delicious. Lighting at our table was fine but not so great for taking Instagram photos (it was a bit yellow but warm and calming) but this did not detract from our meal in any way. Plating of our meals was also quite nice and inviting.

We would welcome a trip back to Omiza soon and recommend for anyone looking for Korean, Korean...

I was there last night with a group of 7 friends who had raved about their bibimbap, I never had it so gave it a try. It came out looking delicious with a container of the hot sauce on the side. I went to pour a dab of hot sauce on and the cap came off and about a cup of sauce went into the bowl of bibimbap making it so spicy it was impossible to eat. The waitress came over with another waiter who was helping to bring the other orders out and he said, oh that has happened before. The waitress took the dish back to the kitchen, scooped out what she could and returned with extra rice and lettuce. This did not help the situation bc the sauce drenched the meal. Waitress returned again, said oh I feel so bad, what can we do? I asked her to simply take the meal off the check and she said they couldn't do that. She then brought me a to go box and a small container of rice. If you know the sauce that goes with this dish, you know it is very spicy, there is supposed to be a drizzle used, not what poured out of their plastic bottle when the cap came off. Very disappointed there wasn't a fair solution like maybe replace the meal with a newly prepared meal or deduct it from the check as I asked when the waitress asked what they could do. I did not eat the meal except for a bite that made my eyes and nose water so badly, there was no going back for more. A very disappointing first and last...

Service is very mediocre. The biggest concern about our visit is the situation with the bao buns. My friend has been vegetarian for 20+ years, so we ordered tofu bao buns for the table. After FINALLY receiving our buns half way through eating them we realize they were chicken and not tofu. Our server clearly didn’t order the proper buns as she realized and apologized. I have worked in the restaurant industry for multiple years and I know when any mistake happens I always tell a manager, now this mistake was pretty big due to the fact that someone who hasn’t eaten meat for 20+ years now consumed some and could potentially even get sick from it. It is really concerning the lack of customer service some of the employees have here. We also didn’t see our server for the rest of the night after that , some random girl dropped the check off at our table without asking if we wanted boxes or dessert. After viewing the check we noticed how the bao buns were not even discounted off the check? Not only did we wait 20 minutes for the remake of the proper bao buns, but someone consumed meat in which they don’t eat. Once again working in the restaurant industry this angered me that the buns were not even taken off the check. Now we have ANOTHER random boy come over to grab the check and that is when i finally asked for mgmt. The only reason i give 2 stars is due to the manager properly taking care...
