I had called earlier and visited their very outdated website to ensure that as a new consigner that I would be able to bring my items in and what rules they had as a new consigner. I spoke to a woman who assured me that I could come in. As soon as I arrived, the woman that I spoke with on the phone informed me that I could not bring my items in for consignment. She then went back to the office suggesting that maybe she can speak to the "owner". The owner was incredibly condescending and belittling suggesting that I did not know how to use a website or know what day it was. I was quite shocked that is how she speaks to customers. Perhaps you need to update your website and make it clearer what "drop and shop is"; train your employees better and truthfully just be nicer and treat your potential customers...

You can almost never find good clothing for children ages 10+, and their customer service isn't any great either. Most of their clothing is completely random, and going to their store is a matter of luck. You either find something that is good, but mostly you don't find anything. A lot of their items are overpriced, because I could go to Target and get toys cheaper than what they sell them for. I feel that when you do find what you are looking for, at a good price, it is almost always good quality and totally worth it. I would recommend this store for someone who doesn't get...

I have bought a few items here over the years but seem to get a cold shoulder regularly. Then again it might be a tendency for me.
