Never go to the main st Doylestown Chipotle. I am still reeling from the horrible customer service and the bigotry towards a woman “complaining”. From the get go, not a smile, or can I help you from anyone. Even the “manager” himself did absolutely nothing and refused to fix my food I paid for already. Not a shred of respect to a female customer that even TIPPED the crew. Hey “manager” this is how you manage a RR: When you are standing right there listening to a customer’s request to fix their meal. You step in with a smile, say Hello can I help you with something? Customer makes the reasonable request to be satisfied and THEN…you honor it! So very S I M P L E! Instead you lit the fuse to this situation and you didn’t DIFFUSE or resolve it. You made everything worse by ignoring, gas lighting, and refusing to satisfy a simple request. Just because you didn’t like my reason? He literally said this. You abused your management position by not resolving anything and made the customer upset. It was uncalled for. In fact, you lit the fuse by saying you will not remake my food because you disagreed with my reason. The whole point of your job is to make Chipotle money. Creating great customer experiences will keep the money rolling in. And..keeps you in a positive light making more money. You lost 4 Chipotle customers last night with your bigotry and gaslighting. You treated the customers with no basic level of customer respect. I felt you and some others there misjudged me because I was a female “complaining loudly”. You had the power to turn my paid customer experience into a great one. Instead, you chose to do nothing, treat me like a nothing because you simply didn’t want to. You said this yourself. I left as a customer feeling very angry, upset, misjudged, and completely disrespected. This is not how you “manage”. I hold all of the Chipotle employees responsible including the company Chipotle for such gross...
Read moreI would very much like for someone in management from this location that is serious about there job. I had the worst experience. First off there was a family behind me and the parents obviously weren't paying attention and the Lil girl unzipped my backpack. Bit I think she thought I was her Dad. So no harm but as I pulled my bag off to fix it the started to order their food. We. When I very politely brought it up the staff and the family blatantly ignored me. They took 2 more orders after. Finally they sent this young man over and tried pulling me to the side and asked what I was doing. They was talking to me like I was some homeless guy in here begging for food or something. After in informed them I am in fact there to order they said I need to be on line. Now I was in line but I was steeped back away from the glass about a foot or 2. Reason being is I have p t s d. And I don't like standing directly in front of and behind.I'm in a crowded area. So I just stepped back to where I can see my surroundings. And I did explain this. So when it was time to order my . The staff was extremely rude and was rushing my order. And if I asked a question about the different kinds of me they laughed. So when I got my food finally I got my drink. And decided that I would eat half of it now and save the other half for late. I went and asked how much they would charge for extra tortilland exclaimed.I was going to eat half now. She was very passive and said I'll give you The Tortilla, but you have to leave now.
So that was my experience. I am up here from TX and I have never been so disrespect so bad at a restaurant. So if possible I would like someone to contact me asap. Thank you and Have a b blessed week
And while I'm, everyone is cleaning. Thank God there are no kids here. They are using about every 4 letter word they got plus some very sexual conversations I would...
Read moreI used to absolutely love it here, but this restaurant alone makes me never want to go to another Chipotle again. I really, truly, do not understand how they are so bad and fall so behind. I have tried comprehending it and absolutely nothing justifies it....you cannot win.... If I order online, my food is ready an hour after it is supposed to be picked up, and I waste my night standing in an overpacked Chipotle. If I try to order in line, they have randonly told me "no, we are only taking online orders tonight, sorry" with no rhyme or reason, just when they feel like it (is it normal for a Chipotle to pick and choose when they will help you in line after you already showed up to order in person????) Always a gamble at this location; I intentioanlly order early and show up 20+ minutes late on purpose and STILL have to wait an addition 30 minutes for my food. Not to mention I have seen more drama go down in this Chipotle than I ever have on TV; I feel like I am watching a sitcom everytime I watch a customer get upset that they have been waiting for over an hour and an employee screams at them, which is every single time I am there. I alwaays thought Chipotle was worth all the pain and struggles but now I am starting to hate it.
Wish Chipotle would do something about this location cause i think this is a pretty common complaint . No one WANTS to go to the Doylestown location.. we just miserably do it out of...
