While it’s good to support small business, be aware that small business can’t really offer any customer service . I purchased a $125. Pillow and got it home and discovered it is way too firm. It is more like a firm cushion, than a pillow. I went back within the 7 day return period , aware that I could only get store credit, but was advised that that policy would not apply to the pillow. Then we discussed the possibility of replacing the insert with a softer one. I received a call back with a response , in her most joyous happy voice that Lee doesn’t sell inserts separately but maybe I could buy one at Bed Bath and Beyond.
