Unbelievable is the one word we'd use to describe our experience with Superior Woodcraft. Every aspect from start to finish was well researched by Michelle (understanding who we are and what we wanted in a kitchen); well thought out (again Michelle) to address our lifestyle; superbly designed (by the fantastic Amanda) and expertly & efficiently installed to perfection (by Zach). Not to mention the team members behind the scenes that created the most beautiful cabinets we could imagine. The quality of the cabinets and workmanship of the install was definitely a 10! We just love the entire kitchen and every little detail. We keep saying to friends that we can't imagine working with any other company - there was not one second of anything going amiss. And it's the little things that mean the most - whether or not to put hanging pendants vs all high hats - we chose high hats at Michelle's recommendation and as promised, they really opened up the whole kitchen. The type of and place to purchase our counter (Suburban Granite) ; sink; faucet (GSI D-town); connecting us to the best floor refinisher (Tim Lott). They even made suggestions as to how we should change a door leading to the basement so that it fit the design. And somehow they managed to create much more storage space along with usefulness in the same footprint. Every detail in the process managed to perfection! And then, there's the new friend connection. What an amazing company! From its remarkable workshop located in an old mill building, to its wonderful staff, the experience working with Superior is truly out of this world. The attention to every detail, the care manifested by every employee, the old world craftsmanship of cabinets beautifully made in their own workshop in Doylestown ---and the kindness, care, and professionalism of Michelle and her team, we couldn't be happier with the experience we had. We had a great designer, Jenn H., whose artistic sense is remarkable and whose personality makes her a delight to work with. We can’t say enough about our experience with Superior Woodcraft. Nancy was our design consultant for this extensive kitchen and living area renovation. She patiently listened to our needs during multiple meetings. When weren't sure of design options, Nancy suggested innovative solutions to provide all the features we required. Modifications during the process were never an issue. Nancy always made herself available throughout the process and was totally focused on meeting our needs and making us happy and satisfied clients. The installation and finishing work was well coordinated and went very smoothly. The final design was phenomenal and the cabinetry craftsmanship, exquisite.
