Based on reviews I had high expectations of services rendered at this salon. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the job done on both my nails and toes. It was easy to make an appointment but when I arrived, the nail technician I was booked with didn’t even introduced herself nor did ask what exactly I wanted. She just started working very fast on my pedicure and I had to repeat several times what I wanted. The end result is awful. The Polish was not applied correctly making my nails look unfinished and as if it was done by myself. The top coat isn’t even and makes my toe nails look bulky and weird. I requested a manicure prior to getting a full set dipping powder . It wasn’t done and even though the lady who perform the job was gentle while working on my nails, I ended up getting a nice shape but my nails looked unfinished and with uneven edges. It seems the powder will lift up very easy and very quickly. This is the very first time I get my nails and pedicure done in a little less than one hour. I feel I was rushed. This is my second time here with the same tech, and I am not pleased at all with the either outcomes. I have multiple cuts on my cuticles and the fingers that don’t have cuts are very irritated and red. I asked her to redo two of my nails cuz the acrylic didn’t go all the way down and she did it so quickly but they look like a two year old did them. Not only did she cut my cuticles, there was a little bit of blood on the side of my nail bed, instead of wiping it away, she put a clear coat on top of it leaving it under the clear coat. Chinese Lady was so rude. Had so much attitude. I went to get a pedicure for my birthday and my mom was sitting next to me. The woman kicked her out. She made my toes crooked and insisted it was because of my toe shape. She didn’t let me pick out my color. She tried to put on white and then when I said I actually wanted French tip she rolled her eyes and told me no.
