Terrible experience today. I looked at shoes while my husband looked at men’s clothes. Entire store was full of half stocked racks. Shoes were mostly Steve Madden, but I did find 2 pairs of Tory Burch I wanted to try worth about $500 in total., which I had actually planned to buy if not for the terrible service. Unfortunately, they only put on the floor one shoe of each pair, and there was not a single attendant one the second floor to help me get the other shoe to try on. Before I went back downstairs, I figured I’d use the restroom upstairs. Both restrooms had a sign that said, “Restrooms not available to the public.” As I asked my husband if he could see anyone to ask for a key or whatever, a woman came out of one of the restrooms in plain clothes, with no name tag or lanyard. I asked her if she had to get a key and approached to try and catch the door. She immediately closed the door and repeated to me what the sign said while pointing at it and walked away. Then while explaining what had just happened to my husband, who was holding my shoes while I tried to use the restroom, the woman reappeared and told me that I could walk to the end of the plaza to use the public restrooms outside (it was raining, mind you). So my review is poor. Why would I spend $500 on 2 pairs of shoes where I get negative customer service, have to work to find what I want to buy, and can’t use the restroom? I could not do a store credit, I was given no option except to "regift the item". I worked in retail for many years and I was aware that the associates were not willing to help at all, theres ways around things and I was willing to spend more money in the store.
