I am impressed with the selection at Ace offers for our valley as well as a number of employees that work there. Harvey the manager he’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and understands how to treat a customer. Julie in AR/AP is also excellent to work with. On the floor Tabi and Justin do excellent jobs. You can ask tabby where anything in the store is and she’ll tell you which aisle and which side. Tabi is the best but a lot of the other floor employees are pretty darn good at that. Another floor employee who works mostly in the lawn and garden section is Justin. He is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy woth Ace. I'm writing this in hopes of change - give us internet!! The metal roof blocks service, so if you want to figure out if you're buying the right thing, or text your spouse to clarify what she wanted you to get, you have to exit the building. I have asked for this for over a decade and the response has been "yes, everyone wants it and asks all the time". So everyone wants it, it would be a huge convenience to your customers, it would reduce the amount of questions customers need to ask staff, but no, it's not something we'll do. Why? Oh wow! I can not believe the poor service here! I came in and bought a new water heater and has to ask where they were, then ask how much then ask for help getting it out out the store..... Then I had to carry it out by myself! Absolute joke! Why are there employees working here?! I would of been better off with a self checkout since I dragged the water heater out on my own!
