I expected better coffee but my pour over never got over. I’m a coffee fan and that wasn’t a good coffee. Avocado toast was ok but still not the best. I tried their chocolate croissant and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t fresh ( at lest 3-4 days old) the covering wasn’t crispy and inside felt soggy. White chocolate mocha was ok but slightly more sweet. The place is difficult to spot if you are coming from north side, it’s inside a small alley. It’s a cute space with little outdoor seating as well but nope. Good and coffee quality, not good. STRANGE THING#1: While we were in queue, we checkout the board hanging on top of the counter to checkout the menu and saw that pour over was 3.5 $. By the time we took seat and our order came in, they took off throw board and edited the price to 4$ !! Why ?? Do they have separate price for mornings and evenings ?? Even if that’s true, they should do it BEFORE opening up in the morning .. STRANGE THING#2: if you see any other picture, the avocado toast comes with an egg on top(boiled and sliced or poached) we were neither asked for such option nor was it given. I’m very surprised by all the good reviews. Sorry but Can’t recommend this place.

Best specialty espresso in Driggs, also with amazing outdoor seating thats got tons of natural light and tree shade. Additionally, their baked good and breakfast burritos will not let you down. They pursue excellence in their espresso program. I was visiting from NYC and was seeking a quality flat white. I could tell from the first sip that they dial in their beans very well. I got to meet the owner who was so sweet and shared with me her past job as a photographer. I am so grateful for their quality of service!

Wonderful experience. Fantastic coffee. Upsettingly friendly baristas. Driggs ambiance 🏔️. Don’t miss it if you are in Driggs and enjoy amazing coffee. Field Notes: Location is off the main road and quaintly out of immediate sight. Alcohol available. Cut-Throat canned cocktails (White Russian is highly recommended). Definition of cozy. Space is designed for a population of 1600+/-. Space can be in short supply based on day/time. NBD right? Ordered Vanilla Ice Latte + 2 Cut-Water White Russians

Since the owner thinks I deleted my review - I did not. I posted on Yelp but I am happy to share more in depth here too so others can be informed. Here was my experience: “Coffee is good, food is OK. Customer service is OK.

They asked me to leave after 40 minutes because I was on a laptop even though I bought a coffee and food (which was not even finished when they asked me to leave).

They stated they have a 30 minute policy if you are on a laptop but apparently you can sit there as long as you want if you are just talking since there were multiple people with only a coffee sitting for the same amount of time or longer than I was but they were not asked to leave. I was also not told this when ordering even thought they saw a laptop with me. They seem perfectly fine taking my money and then turning me away.

Seems unfair and illogical - should I just put my laptop away and then I won't have to leave? They said it was because it's a small space - then it should be a 30 minute policy for everyone. Won't be returning. Lost a local customer.”

Owner also seems unable to take any feedback that hints to any form or criticism per her response to this review and to other...

My husband and I grabbed breakfast and coffee here yesterday before heading to the Tetons, and we had a subpar experience. We both ordered the “quiche of the day” (sausage, leek, and cheddar), but when the quiche came out it was bacon and broccoli. The other “quiche of the day” was vegetarian with tomatoes and parmesean, so they definitely didn’t update their board. Updating the board doesn’t bother me much, but it felt unprofessional for the girl at the counter to not mention we would be getting something different than we ordered.

Onto the coffee… My seasonal latte was nice, but his light roast drip coffee tasted like “hot sweet tea, not coffee” and he couldn’t drink it. He got a free refill of dark roast and said it tasted more like coffee.

Also, it cost over $40 for 2 pieces of quiche, an 8 oz latte, and a 12 oz drip coffee which is quite spendy, especially considering our dinner just down the block cost under $40… Would not go back or recommend after...
