This is an unapologetic rave review. I've been using PC's since the days of DOS, have built multiple computers, myself and written code from time to time. So I tend to consult experts only when things get seriously over my head. This week my desktop HTPC developed serious boot up problems. I spent several long days trying without success to find and cure the problem, before pulling Layth's shop number out of Google. He jumped right on this, spent maybe hours on the phone consulting tech with me, ran every imaginable diagnostic, fixing little things that he came across, and generally earning my label as a "true geek." Layth has been my computer guru since I moved to Teton Valley in 2020. Laptop doesn't charge..Text Layth; Accidently click on dangerous site and computer freezes.....Text Layth; Need advice on computer purchase....Text Layth......you get the picture. Today, a Saturday, I figured I'd text him so I would be first in line for help on Monday morning. Return text said "come down at 3pm. I'm here." By 3:23 pm I was on my way home with problem solved. I highly recommend Teton Computer. Layth is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Not only did he repair the issue I was having, he diagnosed and repaired two additional issues that prevented further problems down the road. I am so grateful for the attention to detail and service he provided. As a courtesy, he also loaned me a power cord so I could continue to use my computer during the week we were awaiting a part to ship. Teton Computer exceeded my expectations...
