This store specifically was fine, but the cricket customer service is a joke. When my hotspot I purchased at this store quit working after two weeks, I was then forced to deal with customer service by calling 1-800-cricket and drive to Carbondale (35 minutes away from my home) to mail it back into them and wait for them to mail me a new hotspot, which took several days. I was also told I was set up for autopay, which I apparently wasn’t. My service was turned off the following month. When I realized the hotspot didn’t work again I thought it was the device not knowing the service had been suspended.
