Would give 0 stars if possible. They have not sent me a statement for 2 months and when I get online to pay my bill the day its due it says $0 so I couldnt make a payment. Then the next month they want to charge me for 2 months at once. Then I call bcuz they shut it off before the due date and they were very rude. They are the worst company ive ever had to deal with. Very rude. They expect me to pay for their error with their bill pay statements. A company is supposed to own up for their mistakes. No them. They passed the blame off onto everyone but themselves. Then literally said I was pretty much stupid bcuz I shouldve known to pay a bill. Which is true if there was a bill to pay!!!!! I can't pay my bill when it wont let you because your balance is $0!!!! Condescending front desk help, accusing me of not knowing how much money i am spending outside of Newave to deflect their inability to send me a bill & not being able to successfully operate their own auto bill payment service. Oh, and before i forget, they raised my internet from 50.00 to 75.00 with no notice. So anyway, they never sent me a bill, online or paper, so i signed up for auto bill pay. After 7 months my services were disconnected with out warning. So Im calling and they tell me i owe 150.00, i pay that at 4:50 PM on a Friday, only to have this happen the next month. I then pay 160.00 on a Friday! SEE THE PATTERN! So Monday I go in to see them in person. Thats when i was told I was at fault. They even told me they sent me letters, LIE! Read moreCalled monday to switch my service. Everything was supposed to be installed Wednesday. My phone wasn't installed. My wifi doesnt work. They didnt bring a single cable box. The man arrived at 1 when he was supposed to be there from 8-12. At 12 i called and asked where he was and they told me he had called me to say he was running late. I never got a call. Last night i received a confirmation call saying they will be here today to do the rest of the installation. It is 4pm and i just called them to be informed there was a mess up and the soonest they can be here is monday. For 200 a month that im paying you im incredibly disappointed. I wish i could give 0 stars. Also the woman i spoke to the first time this morning told me my wifi wont work until my phone is plugged up and then hung up on me while i was speaking.
