I rarely go to taco bell, just for the typical reasons, and you all know what I mean. I stopped in on a late night drive back home from some work out of town. Granted they were close to closing time, but that is no excuse. I ordered and sat as 2nd in line to pay and puck up. I was missing 2 items, utensils and the main item ordered (crunch wrap supreme) was more of a (stale towel no preme) it was falling apart, the wrap wasn't even close to being a toss over, & the Supreme part had decided to evacuate the neighborhood as fast as possible it appeared to me. I was already on the road to home and they were closed by the time I got to the innards of my order. I understand everyone needs to fill slots with a body in order to operate, but if those bodies are comatose and more zombie than human, maybe a little more training effort could be allowed so that we customers don't have to suffer the inadequacies of their subpar training information skills they clearly havebt mastered. That is...
Read moreIf I could give this location ZERO stars, I would. Staff is always extremely rude, seems like for $15 an hour the easiest thing they could do is tell you to have a good day/night. Managers are lazy as well. This location never gets my orders right and the wait for food is absolutely ridiculous. They always seem to be out of something whether that be a certain soda or some type of food. Not to mention that if you forget to add something to your order, they REFUSE to add it at the window… Not because they can’t add it, it’s because they’re lazy and don’t want to go through the process to edit your order and add something extra even if there’s nobody behind you in line. This establishment needs a serious evaluation and these employees need a major reality check. I will...
Read moreIf I could rate the place with Zero stars I would. The employees are rude. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in. When asked if a certain food could be exchanged because it tasted like it was cooked in old oil and ran through bleach, we were told that it was free so we shouldn't complain. Free food or not that's not a great response, and if you're not willing to listen to the customer and remove the nasty food, that says a lot about the human beings that work there. Someone needs to step in and do some real training. Especially some training where manners...
