Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Du Quoin

I’m extremely upset about my recent experiences at this establishment. The past few times I have went it has been awful. Last time I had a mobile order and checked in, waited 35+ minutes, told the staff I had been waiting, and was greeted with a rude employee. Tonight, I ordered regularly and there was little wait time but was met with wrong items. I believe it was partly miscommunication and they resolved it but we were still charged for the incorrect item and they took it back as well!! I was fully ready to pay for the correct item and keep the wrong item but they took it back! That is absolutely disgusting!! And they didn’t correct the price of the incorrect item (item was more expensive than correct item). This Sonic could really benefit from some new speakers and customer...

We had to report our order 3 times over the the intercom. The fourth time we had to repeat it a boy came out blaming the intercom but we could hear the workers laughing and chopping it up those 3 times. After a long wait they brought out our 3 meals and a blast. My fathers chicken sandwich which he asked 4 x for no mayo and just honey mustard came drenched with mayo and had a little squirt of Honey mustard. My sauge burrito barely had anything in it. My large tots was a small order like my father's and they both ²/3 of the way full and same with our sodas. My buddy's food was okay except for his medium peanut butter cup blast had only about ¹/2 a peanut butter cup in it and a hole in the bottom of it. This was around 45...

Short story... a worker was pulling a trash can past me when I was ordering, so the girl couldn't hear me... the girl came outside and took my large order at my window without writing any of it down... got it all correct... she'll be moving on to bigger, better employment in the near future I'm sure... thank you Update7/29/22: the girl hop named Bri is an awesome waitress... always a smile on her face and a really good arritude... just a really good worker all around...
