Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Dublin

This was not a good dining experience. My wife and I went to this location drive thru and ordered two value meals. One flamethrower meal and one parmesan chicken strips sauced and tossed. They give us our drinks and tell us to move up and wait, cool.. short wait and they are handing us our bag in the window and drive home. As soon as we get home we realize there are no fries for the burger meal.. so we call them and go to pick it up. Melissa gave us back fries that were probably sitting there since the call and then just turned her back. We kind of expected more for our trouble, not just cold fries they should have gave us the first time. I just feel like that this kind of thing happens way too often and it is extremely inconvenient to the customer who wants to sit at home and eat their food with their family. Oh and on top of that the chicken may have been tossed but they didn't use enough sauce to cover them. I don't think I will be returning to...

I just ordered three chicken salads with extra chicken. They gave me extra chicken but there was hardly no lettuce in the salad. The lettuce that was in it was wilted so badly, it felt like wet paper in my mouth. The manager was rude when I let her know my extra dressing was not in the bag, and when she brought it out to me, it still wasn’t what I’d paid for. I went in to get my extra dressing and she told me it was in my bag. When, in fact, it was not in my bag. She was also being snippy and rude with the employees. The Blizzards were good and most of the employees were very helpful. One particular black girl with a large hair-do gave me the impression that she could care less if she helped me or not. She stood there doing nothing while everyone else was doing their job.I even commented to her that she should try to smile it might make her feel better. She still didn't smile so I asked her if something was wrong with her. To get to lids and a paper bag took her the same amount of time it took another employee to make two Blizzards.
