First off, the food is good and the cashiers are nice, however, when upon asking if the tips go to the cashiers, I was told they were also split with the owners. I do not appreciate that the tips don't go to the ones who are actually interacting with the customers, which are the cashiers!! I tip for who interacted with me, not the owners. Second, the online ordering website does not work a lot of the time. I have had to come in and wait on my food and the order had never gone through! I stick to calling in orders instead since the online link is a waste of time. Also, looking at the other reviews, this restaurant has had some strange and seemingly unprofessional replies. To start off. The food tasted very good. My wife's and my order came to $36+ for two people. While eating I started to get the MSG feeling. It's nothing new because everyone uses MSG in food today. But 10 minutes after eating while standing in Krogers, both me and my wife at the same time started to feel sick and had to rush to the restroom. And it has been three hours and we are still feeling like the food was 90% preservatives and fake ingredients. The food did taste good, but is is not worth the sick feeling you get from it. I don't see how they stay in business. Used to be good. Now it's not food not seasoned at all. Cost $14.85 for lunch. Could have went to Little Tokyo for $12.00.
