I've done a lot of business here with this company. This store in particular. I've had some good experiences but some were bad. The staff changes too much here. It seems like there are new faces everytime I pay my bill here. I've recently had a bad experience with them. It seems that because of a mistake an employee made with one of my payments I've been being penalized and didn't know why. Now I do because an employee there was very unwilling to listen to me or help me resolve my issue. I work in retail also and I understand why customers get upset sometimes. The difference between me and this employee is that I actively try to resolve the issue that the customer has. Unfortunately I WILL NOT do business with this store in the future. Maybe I'll do business with RAC again in the future but it's going to be a while before I do. Until then I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere else.
