This is the 3rd time that they have messed up my order. I came here and placed an order, paid for it and went to next door to grab some groceries. After I came back 15/20 mins later I was told that my order was not ready yet and I was the only one in the store at that time to place the order. People who came after me their order is ready and not mine? My order was only 6 leg quarters cut in 3 pieces. How long it takes to cut them? Don't open a store if you don't know how to run it. I am very disappointed with their service. They state operating hours but don’t follow it. I arrive at their store at 8:05 pm, almost an hour before closing and they would not sell me the fish since they had closed their machine for the day. I asked what time do they open the next day - they said 9 am. I drive another 25 min to be there at 11:30 am and see the store is closed till 12:30.
