I’ve been seeing the sign for Joe’s pho for a while, and it seemed it had its grand opening recently. The restaurant is bigger than any other pho restaurant I have seen. It took over the old fuddruckers building. This would be a good place for a brunch gathering or group dinner. They have tables and the space to accommodate. They also have a huge screen tv that I think would be a good place for games. It makes me wonder if they were to serve alcohol, this could be a fun place to gather it. The food was good. The vermicelli bowl was the best. It was huge and the pork was marinated and cooked very well. The chicken curry was also good with a side of baguette. The curry was on the sweeter side, and they gave us two baguettes to dip. The three kind hue style appetizer was exciting to have. There’s not many hue dishes offered in this area, so I was glad that was on the menu. I would recommend getting that to explore Vietnamese dishes that is outside of the normal routine. The self roll steamed stack was just okay. The toppings given were good but the rice paper itself was a little off. The texture and taste felt like rice paper you get at a kbbq place. I was expecting it to be a bit more fresh. There are more dishes I would want to come back and try here. I would come here for special occasions and I am craving Vietnamese food.

We came to Joe’s Pho Dublin for a family lunch and had a really enjoyable experience. The restaurant is quite spacious. It took over the old Fuddruckers location in Dublin which makes it a comfortable spot for groups. The menu offers a large variety of food and drinks. We ordered a variety of dishes including the Pho, shrimp salad, egg rolls, and Vietnamese crepes. The portion sizes were generous and everything was served hot and fresh. The pho was flavorful, with a rich broth and tender meat. I especially loved the shrimp salad—refreshing, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. That said, the decorative edible shell it came in was more for aesthetics than taste. The egg rolls were crispy and well-filled, and the Vietnamese crepes had a nice crunch and were great wrapped in lettuce with basil. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall, Joe’s Pho Dublin is a solid choice for good Vietnamese food in a relaxed, family-friendly setting. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!

This Is a very nice Vietnamese restaurant with more choices than the traditional Vietnamese pho places. The menu is quite colorful and there are so many different choices. Everything in the menu looks nice and yummy. We've been here a few times and tried different things such as pho, noodle soup and rice plate. The quality of food in general is good. This place is huge with plenty of seating. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The service is good. It's a good place to sit back and relax to enjoy a meal and not feeling rushed. Overall this place provides Vietnamese food with a twist and a good dining experience.

I had low expectations because my parents had been here before and said that the atmosphere was very comfortable and nice, but the food was mediocre. I gave it a chance and went back to Joe’s Pho and they were so happy with the food. Mind you, my mom is a super Asian critic about food and very frugal. So when we go out to eat, it has to be good abundant and reasonably priced. Joe’s was all of the above.

The atmosphere is super cute and clean. It reminded me of the cafés that were in Vietnam. The food was correctly seasoned and very delicious. We left their very satisfied and full.

We got the pork chop and fried chicken rice plate, the combination pho, the rice wrap tower, where you can wrap your own roles with chicken, pork or beef, and the fried egg rolls. Our favorite were the wrap your own rice rolls that came in a tower. It was fun and delicious. The rice place and pho were HUGE!

Would...
