Tequila Bar & Grill definitely leans into the bougie side of dining — think upscale vibes with a Mexican-American fusion twist. It’s not your traditional taqueria, but rather a modern take with a broad menu, especially strong in seafood options.
I started with the ostión natural oysters. They were massive — fresh and chilled, but I’m personally more of a fan of the smaller oysters you can shoot quickly without needing to chew so much. These were a little too hefty for my taste, but oyster lovers who like the big ones will probably enjoy them.
Next up was a taco flight. The fish taco had a great balance of flavor — nicely seasoned and well put together. The shrimp taco came loaded, and while that made it a bit of a mess (taco explosion incoming), it was still tasty and satisfying. The final taco was the al pastor with a flicker of sweetness upfront, but it was balanced beautifully by the char on the meat. It wasn’t cooked on a trompo (spit), so you don’t get that full traditional experience, but it still held its own as a solid, flavorful taco.
Now, the real MVP here? The margaritas. The spicy pineapple margarita was a knockout — just the right mix of sweet, heat, and tang. Honestly, I’d come back just for another round of that alone.

Read moreMy wife and I had a fantastic afternoon at Tequila Bar and Grill in Dublin! We were just looking for a casual spot to grab some drinks, and this place exceeded our expectations.
Their specialty cocktails were incredibly refreshing – each one we tried was perfectly balanced and unique. And for those of us not drinking alcohol, the mocktails were just as impressive and delicious. It's clear they put a lot of thought into their non-alcoholic options, which is always a huge plus.
The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making it the ideal setting for an afternoon catch-up. We'll definitely be back to explore more of their menu, especially after such a great experience with their drinks! Highly recommend Tequila Bar and Grill for anyone looking for refreshing beverages and a great...
Read moreThis place was... okay. Not a terrible location, just pretty underwhelming, considering the anticipation after World of Beer closed. The margaritas are amazing I will say, but the food was pretty mid. Also pretty expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. Honestly, looks exactly like World of Beer inside, just a few decor changes... not sure why they took so long to open. Service was amazing, bartender and manager were very friendly and talkative. All in all,...
